After checking in, the machine told me I would be notified via text when my turn was up. After an hour I returned to the lab and was told "the texting doesn't always work" So I waited for another hour, while people with appointments were seen before me. Walk ins are sent to the end of the priority line, and they should just require appointments. I wasn't told that I should re-sign in after I missed my initial call because I was waiting on a text, which extended my wait time even further. This location only had one technician administering the lab work, and it's check in system needs to be updated.

Checking at window, they had no record of my reservation: "Well, you may have a text on your phone, but if you don't have a barcode, NO RESERVATION." What do the employees care, they're being paid for their time. I did not even get the courtesy of an apology, or clerk looking at Text from Labcorp with a reservation number. ?? Normally this is not a huge deal but today my bladder was full of clean urine so it was quite uncomfortable. The lady finally calls me back and immediately tut tuts me for not having my ID and lab work slip out and ready. It took me about 30 seconds to produce both of those. They make you put everything from your pockets into this bench in the bathroom, so don't bring anything more than what you need. Then she has me fill the cup with pee and I bring it out to her. She pours the pee from the cup into two tubes. She knocks both of the piss filled tubes over when she tries to press the lids down - Quest should probably use screw on lids going forward. I joke "want me to help lick it up?", she said "no, I got it" and proceeds to take her glove off and wipe it up with a wet wipe, which just spread the pee across the entire surface of the grey plastic cabinet. She mutters "I hate it when this happens." If you're ever here, don't lean on that cabinet by the bathroom. I go back into the bathroom to finish peeing while she finishes up and the lady busts the door down and surprises me in the bathroom - ah yes of course, she needs to wash my urine off her hands. If you don't mind waiting 50 minutes for simple lab work then this is the place for you.
