This should have been a single, $40 co-pay, but they billed me twice, once for seeing the doctor, and once for being seen at the urgent care (by the same doctor they billed me separately for seeing?), resulting in $90 of total co-pay fees. I spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out this scammy billing system, to no avail. Nobody responded to my questions, and when I posted a review on Google, I was told to email a customer service email which also never responded. I'm up in Green Bay frequently visiting family and will avoid this place at all costs in the future. All she had was strep throat--we could have just gone to a CVS minute clinic for the same price, or less, and not had the giant headache. Instead, they charged my insurance over a grand for a strep throat, Covid and UTI test. Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend. Glimmering facility that represents all that is wrong in our for-profit medical system.
