I could barely turn the key to start the car, much less pump gas for myself. Another time, one of our tires had been needing air refilled every month for 2 years. We have brought it to the dealer several times and they could not find a leak. The tire expert at Bridgeport Shell found 4 of them!!! He was so courteous, professional and patched the leaks up quickly. I have not had any problems since. Nowadays with the Covid19 crisis, my family and I feel safer using this station to pump our gas. It's especially challenging when customer service doesn't always understand that the coupons fail to work occasionally . We had this happen today and Cheryl border line accused us of lying. She did not believe that we clipped the coupons in the store when we got there. Her co worker said that sometimes it happens that way. She told her to simply refund us the difference. However, she continued to say she hadn't seen our clipped coupons. We showed her coworker the clipped coupons and eventually we were reluctantly refunded. It did not feel good to have her not believe what we were saying.
