Today 9/29/2023 at around 11:45am just had the worst experience ever due to their slow and unprofessional staff. After waiting in line for an extended period of time when it came to be my turn. I complained to the cashier an older Hispanic lady short heavy set blonde hair told her she is being way to slow. Then she tells me she will refuse service I asked to speak to a manager a short heavy set Hispanic male and he sided with the cashier. It's disgusting to see how a man that served his country gets treated. I have seen the owner before I would love for this to reach her and take action in this matter. I a business owner myself would hate to loose customers due to an unprofessional employee. Those employees should be fired immediately. It is very frustrating here. I rarely come even though it is close to my house. The ATM rarely works at the pump so then you have to go inside and wait in a long line, the store smells, the machines do not print receipts for the carwash. I will typically drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to a different gas station. read more

This ARCO gas station is a very busy one and especially during morning and afternoon hours. I like it because it's an all in one spot where I can get my car wash, grab some snacks from the convenience store and fill my tank up. read more

I have had other bad experiences here before but today was the best ever so I think if you work as a cashier learn how to use a calculator or your math I tell the guy to give me $15.75 on the pump I give him $20.75 so so easy my change is $5.00 he gives me $4.75 I tell him no I gave you $20.75 so my change is $5.00 so I gave him the quarter back and ask him to give me a dollar so he does when I pump my gas he only put the $15.00 dollars what happen to my $.75 cents I ask and he says no u only get $15.00 so he stole my 75cents Jesus Christ learn your math and stop short changing ppl you have the cashier that tells you how much to give back and you still get it wrong read more

ATM readers on pumps hardly ever work. I ask for corporate or manager number when I went inside to write a letter and the employees said "This is a franchise and will not do anything, we report the problems and they don't do anything ". The employees themselves know the maintenance is poor and don't even know how customers can communicate with management or ARCO corporation to complain of poor functioning equipment! If I am being charged 35 cents to use atm and fill up, pump atm readers should work all the time! Lawsuit ready to happen for charging for poor equipment!!! Facility fairly new, but you can tell maintenance poor!!! Will avoid as much as possible here unless absolutely necessary to gas up... last resort type of thing... Worst gas station ever. Stopped on my way to the emergency room with my sister in law because she has a life threatening ivc filter and i went to pay fie gas and get something to drink for our hour drive to ucla and as my drink is literally half full they lady behind the register says ma'am this is going to be our last customer. So i tell her my situation and how i dont have time to wait the 10 minutes or go somewhere else and she said sorry. Brand new and consistently cheap gas prices in the area. Lots of gas pumps and a nice convenience store inside with restrooms. Today I pumped gas for $2.27 a gallon and was in and out fast. Costco is $2.21 with the long lines and in corona. If your in the area and need gas, this is the place. read more

What kind of gas station is closed at 9:35?? I can maybe understand their being closed at midnight to close out the registers, but still not for as long as we had to wait. During our wait, we saw SO many cars come and go without getting gas. The owners need to rethink the hour they chose to close as well as the duration. read more

I'm sorry for everyone who says that they received bad treatment here. I have NEVER been mistreated here. All of the staff I've encountered here have been good and kind caring people here. I'm disabled and I have been coming to this gas station for 1& 1/2 years because they help me pump my gas, (something they don't have to do), and they help me with a smile. It would be great if the management could fix their pumps to accept debit cards. I love the convenience of being able to drive up, swipe my card, and pump my gas without having to go inside to wait in line. If I could give no star I would, horrible customer service and horrible gas station. I pass by this gas station on my way to work and sometimes I do put gas but there pumps are always out of recipe paper and the people inside are always rude. Today once again I have another bad experience, this older man named Scott is always having a bad day always talks to the customers with disrespect. I nicely asked him for the owners name and number and he gave me the name and the number of the store. Little did I know I called and he answered and knew it was me and told me that he gave me the number of the store because he didn't want me to bother his boss on her day off. And I explain to him that he didn't mention any of that or even what time to call when she would.be around when he clicks on me. I call again for the second time now and he doesn't answer so some nice lady takes the call, I asked her for his name to make a complain and the guy in the back round says Scott. THIS PLACE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I cannot wait for the gas station across the street from my office to open up because the ONLY reason I go here is for the cheap gas. EVERY SINGLE TIME, FOR A MONTH AND A HALF, I have a problem. Instead of HALFWAY DECENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, I get arguments, snide comments, and I AM CALLED RUDE BY AN EMPLOYEE because SHE messed up my payment for gas and I tried to correct her. I have also been spoken to like I AM 5 YEARS OLD by an employee there JUST THIS MORNING because the car wash I had purchased did not activate. I was late for work and as I parked my car to go in and ask them for a code for my car wash, and an employee approached me in the PARKING LOT, told me that I was wrong when I said the printer was not working, and then TOLD ME TO CALM DOWN when I became agitated that she was flat out REFUSING to listen to what I say. (YELLING AT ME IN THE PARKING LOT) As she brought my code out to my car, she tried to correct me again and said the printer was working. I told her again that it was not, AND SHE TOLD ME TO SMILE. I have to drive to Riverside from Hollywood and back every day. The least I would expect from them is halfway decent customer service since they do have the best prices for gas in the area. There are only TWO people there that have been able to do their job competently. I hope that if anyone goes there, those two will be taking care of you.
