One of the female employees behaved in a rude, immature, and unprofessional manner. I witnessed her verbally berating a customer who was merely attempting to purchase gas; he did nothing to justify such conduct. This behavior demonstrates a troubling lack of professionalism and emotional maturity. Employees who are unwilling or unable to treat customers with basic respect should not be placed in customer-facing roles. The situation was further compounded by the immature response of other staff members, who appeared to find the incident amusing. I have lived here all my life, and I am deeply ashamed that a business in the city I call home would tolerate this level of misconduct. Air pump doesn't work it was only taking air please replace it people don't want to be stranded there because the air pump doesn't work

This ARCO has to have the worst payment system in the Inland Empire. Either the pump transaction systems are down or the ApplePay isn't working. Save yourself the grief and use one of the other stations in town. The trade offs to using this ARCO is not worth the time! Transients seem to find this ARCO to be a welcomed home, you are always being harassed while pumping. It would be nice if the owners would put some effort into keeping this station clean and welcoming to paying customers. read more

No bathrooms available and multiple pumps down. They do not have the best access to get in and out with a traffic jam happening.

Always lots of homeless panhandling. Pump down is a problem and they don't even know about it. , there were two employees there and too lazy to come out to help me. after paying and couldn't pump, I came in informed the it wasn't pumping, she told me it was. I came out tried again, it didn't. Came in second time, she made me wait until she was done with everyone in line then told it it was pumping. I said I wanted money back, she told me I need to come out again to hang up the pump before they could refund. The second girl came out from the back told me same thing. Too lazy to come outside. I had to come out then back the third time to get my money back. What a scumbag operation. read more

Every time I go in here in the morning to get a coffee and gas the black girl that works there has her boyfriend chilling behind the counter!!! She is always talking to him and get pay any attention at all to what you're trying to ask for and you end up having to repeat yourself 3 times. Worse gas station I've ever been to. The pump and buttons were filthy. Didn't get a receipt. The cashier was rude. I had cash and wanted to buy a lotto ticket and she refused to sell me one without an ID. I had my work ID but she said that wasn't good enough. I am over 60 and definitely do not look underage. Very unpleasant attitude. Will never go there again. read more

At least 1/2 of the time I've come here, the card machine at the pump didn't work. Every time I've come here though, there is some homeless person asking for money. I don't know why they continue to let them loiter there. They've finally lost my business for good. I'll just go to the shell station for now on! read more

Good place to get gas as it's right next to the freeway. The only problem is, there's a lot of homeless people so they loiter for money while you're trying to fill up your car. read more

Don't bother stoping here. Some of the pumps don't work. They also don't have a bathroom. I'm sure there are better options nearby.

Don't bother giving this place your business. I stopped by here because I always have good experiences at Arco and this particular one was close to the freeway. Well I bought gas and a few snacks, one of which was an .89 cent bottle of water. I paid by debit. When I got home I realized I was charged $9 for what I thought was my bottle of water. So I called and the girl who answered the phone earlier was very polite, she remembered me from 30 minutes prior but since it was a Sunday, Stacy the manager wasn't on site to reimburse my money. I left a message with my name and number and was told to call back after 7a Monday. I never received a call back and I called Stacy 5 times on Monday (by the way there is no number on the receipt so thank goodness for Google), each time leaving a message with my name and number. Finally, 30 minutes before the end of Stacy's shift she coincidentally answered the phone. She was incredibly rude and could not care less about the mistaken charge. She tried to flip the story and say I got an item for free because I never paid for a water, and then told me the $9 was for a pack of cigarettes. I told her I didn't buy any cigarettes and she wanted to argue with me that I must have because that's what the receipt said (duh that's the mistake I'm calling about), so apparently she's rude and dumb. She told me she would review the tapes "to see what I actually bought", I asked when she would do that and she said "I'm not going to give you a time", I asked how would I know when she saw I was correct and she said "I guess you'll have to keep calling me back", I asked if she would put the money back on my card and she said "No, I'm not doing that, debit is the same as cash so you'll have to come in and get your change". I understand if she hates her job, but to be a b** ch and want to make everyone else suffer is uncalled for. I hope she has to count my cash back to me in person and then gets fired. I've also called the corporate office to place a formal complaint. Moral of the story, just pay with cash. read more

So I guess the 24/7 AMPM on Citrus and Redlands Blvd. has to close for 15 minutes for shift change? This has to be the most irritating, inconvenient thing ever. I went to this gas station on September 5 and as I was standing in line with my SERVICE DOG To pay for my gas. I was told I needed to get my dog out by the female manager that was working there that day. This woman was so rude to me and I was so offended by her. My response to her was exactly respect fully "ma'am she's a service dog." Then she proceeds to say the dog needs to get out Shes allergic. My dog is hypoallergenic. My response to her was "be quiet." She said "EXCUSE ME " I said "shut up" ......I was REFUSED SERVICE and I should not have to educate a woman about laws. She violated federal laws that are in place to protect my service dog and myself. I have been trying since 10/5/18 to get in touch with the owner and see how we can proceed with this. Is it going to turn into a federal case!? By the way this is the second time that this is happened at this location. I'm Not a person that cause problems I just wanted to pay for my gas. read more

This is one of the most ghetto gas stations I've been to. I walked in and 1 cashier was sitting on a stool doing a scratcher she made eye contact with me and said "she'll take you." Pointing to the other cashier standing at the counter also doing a scratcher. That cashier didn't say anything to me and kept scratching...using a cigarette lighter. "I finally heard her mumble something." I said, "Excuse me? I didn't hear you." She said irritated, "What number choo want?" I replied, "Sorry I didn't hear you and didn't want to interrupt your scratching." She replied, "I can multi task, what number choo want?", still didn't look up at me. I gave her my money, said number 12 and walked out. Then I said to myself, "nope" and turned around. I proceeded back inside and asked for my money back. Surprised both cashiers (still scratching) asked why I needed my money back. I replied, "Because both of you have poor customer service, you're interested more in your scratchers than your customers and I refuse to give my money to you." She replied, "you don't know whachor sayin but it aint worth arguin" in the meantime another lady walked in and the other cashier promptly jumped off her stool, "how can I help you man?" I responded, "See. That is what I was expecting as your customer." They gave me my money back and I left to another gas station. I have never pumped gas at this gas station before. It was "debit" only pump. New concept to me. I felt weird about it but did it anyway. A week later my debit card info was stolen, used and my account cleaned out. This has never happened to me. Inside job or they don't check/monitor their pumping stations for tampering. Lesson learned! read more
