They have always had the best lowest gasoline prices, the greatest selections in hot foods, especially the Beef Rib, chicken sandwiches, regular, and jumbo hotdogs, corndogs, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, taquitos, Dodger Dogs, when they have them! They also have great breakfast sandwiches as well! Today I bought, three Jalapeño, Ham, Egg sandwiches, one BBQ Rib Sandwich, one fifty two ounce Coca Cola, cherry ice drink! Okay - It's a gas station. I stop at gas stations to get gas. Typically the food isn't great, the quality of the merchandise is poor, the restrooms are dirty and the service staff is poor. I take care of those items in appropriate places. So I buy gas. ARCO does not accept credit cards, just ATM. That's how they keep their prices low (so they say) The gas area was clean. The windshield wash water appeared to be clean. The pump worked fine. The price was cheaper than that of other Arco Stations nearby. The trash cans were not FULL. I did find a screw on the ground right near the pump, so I picked it up and put it in the trash. Yes, I would come here again, FOR GAS. read more

This is the worst Arco ever! The manager Mike was harassing my minor daughter. Her keys got locked in her car and he was threatening her, saying he was going to have her car towed in 1/2 hour! As if we have any control on what time AAA arrives! He was very rude! He showed zero compassion and absolutely no empathy! Instead of offering to help and be of assistance. When someone's car keys gets locked in their car, its already frustrating enough without having the extra stress of someone pestering you, especially for a young driver! Maybe the owners of this Arco will appreciate a simple request that their cashiers should at least say those simple magic words every single time when dealing with their customers.... hello, thank you, good to see you again, see you next time. I've been coming here for a few years now and have only seen maybe one person behind the counter smile, or even say a thank you. I'm usually the first one to crack a smile or say something. Every time I use this car wash it doesn't work well or (like today) it brakes down completely Today a man named Riky (that's what his name tag said) called me a "liar" and told me he wouldn't refund my money after the machine completely shut down. I paid and had a receipt showing I paid, he first ignored me when I told him the washing machine was broke and my car hadn't been washed, also there were 5 cars waiting behind me. It was a nightmare, he first said I needed to move my car and I leave (without refunding me my money or washing my car)! I told him the same thing I have in the past, I would like to speak with your manager, he said there is none and I should leave. I asked for a corporate number and he said "find it your self, I'm not doing anything for you and I don't care what you do." At this point I lost my composure a bit and gave him an ultimatum, give me my $9.99 that I have proof I paid or wash my car. I told him he is holding up a line of customers and costing his company a lot of business and he should resolve my issue quickly. After nearly 15 minutes of me arguing with him and another guy that told me to "never come back" he walked my money to my car and refused to give it to me until I was near my car. This isn't the first time they have done this kind of thing to me, but this time their machine ACTUALLY gave me a receipt, usually they don't refill the receipt paper so they can say I'm "lying" and get away with it. Be for warned that this gas station has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I bought two iPhone chargers because the attendant told me that they would accept the cord back if I kept the receipt. So 2 days after the cord stops working, so I take the cord back with the receipt and they said where is the box? I explained that the attendant didn't explain that box needed to be kept too. He wouldn't exchange the cord out of a new box and give me the new cord. They didn't understand English too well and then I claimed one was a manger and then when I explained how to fix my problem, all of a sudden he is not a manager!
