I had an encounter with the associate Viviana, I dropped a few peanut shells on the ground as she was sweeping outside I didn't see her sweeping otherwise I wouldn't have littered. Viviana was so upset she shouted racial slurs in Spanish, she didn't know I understood! Later that day I called the manager of the store and told her about the incident and she said she would talk to her but those were just words, and she would not disclose her name as the manager. This ARCO soft opening is currently going on with the grand opening taking place in February. Everything was new and shiny and I was excited to fill up my gas tank! I was at pump #2 and the it was taking a lot longer to fill up, in fact is was pumping at a rate slower than molasses. About 8-10 minutes after the start of the pump, we quickly noticed gasoline gushing out of the car and on to the ground. We quickly stopped the pump but there was gasoline on the side of the car and ground. We weren't upset as we new the kinks were still being worked out. We notified the cashier and she said she'd notify the owner. For several days there was a yellow tape around pump #2 and finally almost a week later it was back in service. The convenient store was bare but the layout of the store looked to be promising. I'll return once everything is up and running. Appreciate the cheap gas! + 35 cent debit card fee. Horrible customer service the lady at the register is very rude has a nasty attitude and in the arco app it shows that they have public restrooms but they won't let you use it. BAD SERVICE!!! Do better read more

Arco is not my first choice because it's known to be one of the lowest quality fuels. It was close in proximity and needed fuel, had my credit card, gas pump had a receipt paper sign written in marker to go inside to pay with clerk. Clerk informed me they don't take credit, that was a turn off and probably was a sign, to not put that fuel in my vehicle so it will last longer. read more

Horrible! Will NOT recommend. Took money and refused to sell. There was no card working at any pumping station here. So I went in and paid 45dollars inside. I said "3" for pumping. Went out and tried to pump. Nothing came out. Went inside again. The cashier said working. Tried again. So went inside again to assist me. She told me that I said the station 6. WHY DO I HAVE TO TELL Someone else's station numbers? I don't even know where it was. Liar!! She processes so many people a day and made mistakes!!!! I asked her either to give me to pump my car or money back. She said that she won't do either one and told me to walk away with NO REFUND. I caught the nice guy pumping gas at 6, obviously with MY payment. So I walked to him to asked to resolve the issue. Now from here is REALLY SOMETHING. His wife paid 25 dollars cash. Than the cashier told me that I can pump 25 dollars of gas because the wife paid for me or her mercy. I called up BOA and made sure 45 dollars was Not charged. The customer service rep told me ARCO CHARGED 25. So I tried to pump again. Nothing!!!! So I went inside again. The cashier fluffed the cash of 25 in front of me and yelled at me "YOU TAKE IT OR WALK AWAY WITHOUT MONEY BACK!. Oh my god!!! Now charged my card and don't let me pump. Crazy!!! I took it. Than she yelled at me "Have a nice day!" In my 60 years of entire life, I had never had the gas station which doesn't sell me gas although I paid. Nor I had never seen this much incompetent rude to the degrees of abusive experience. If I can, I want to rate MINUS 5stars. Okay, after giving this arco a chance couple of times I am can say I'm finally over them. This arco is just horrible. For most part employees in this location are always in a bad mood. Also, idk if it's me but they close the doors On this location a little to often, because the employees are going to break, because they are switching cashiers, like really. Do all employees really need to go to break together? And besides that when they are taking their breaks or switching cashiers they also turn off the pumps, but why? Why not let the ones that don't need your assistance go on with their day and let them pay with their cards? read more

i just went to the arco normally not everyone struggles with money during this hard times i went to this gas station of course i felt embarrassed asking nicely if i can pay with coins that i wanted to use to put gas which I needed to put gas for an emergency i asked the cashier which they had two cashiers a lady and a male plus the boss plus another guy i was going to take the initiative of counting the money for them and they denied my service they told me no that i could not pay with coins and bills i will find a way to contact numbers to get this arco plus the workers that where there i do memorize who was working who was there and the time that i went which was at 840pm on 12/16/2023 this is outrageous how they would deny money when knowing the more money comes into that gas station the longer it can stay there more guest buying things or putting gas the more the facility remains at that location plus the fact that she was rude and the manager was rude a short hispanic male a female light skin color plus a male with a green and black jacket on another note it wasn't even busy so i could of counted the money for them i had them set up easily for me to count for them so now i can not go to where i needed to go which is an emergency now i am stuck with an empty gas I am more hurt because the emergency that i had to go was very serious and i know if they where in my shoes they would of paid with any type of form in what ever way and hoping that they receive their money to do things now because of them I couldn't put gas because I got denied now I am stuck with an empty gas no where to go I am not very familiar with the location read more
