This arco has no respect for their own community. I really see no reason for a gas station to have music blasting all night. It's not the first time we've complain about this situation. Went in to get some cough drops and a young ignorant and asked a simple question excuse me do have any cough drops, he ignored me and than he started talking bad when he finally answer and he said rudely it over there, I said am I able to get it he said you got hands. Asked for his supervisor and he said he don't have one asked for the shift manager and he said he doesn't have one. I said I will be back but I don't have the time and energy for this rude kid name Augustus I think that's his name. So to Arco's corporate you guys should do better on you guys hiring and make sure these 18 19 20 or 21 year olds be so rude and disrespectful. This Arco AM/PM stations fuel prices seem to most time be lower than other fuel stations. It's a big station, has six pump's and no graffiti tagging or damaged pumps. There is no TV on the gas pumps but there is music playing. There is a market, a self-service car wash, about nine parking spaces for customer's which are just going to the market. There is also a propane tank area, an air and water area. As you enter the store there are electric doors allowing you to go in. It's a large place on the inside and is always clean. Whenever I'm there one staff is handling the gas customers, the other is handling the market customers and one is always cleaning, mopping or sweeping. They have discounted items and two for one items here also. I do believe this is a pretty safe area to shop & gas up at because of it being in Inglewood near the Lennox police station and the many camera inside and outside around here. read more

This is a fairly new gas station, it may been here a little over a year. And I have given this gas station a few tries due to its in a very good location off the freeway and has a chase ATM located inside. Most of the time.you can not pay ay the pump due to the machines never work. You have to go inside and stand in a long line. The attendants do not greet you. They have such a dry attitude ABS usually are talking to each other. They Just say what number and how much. Its 2 or 3 cashier machines and there is usually only one opened. The line is so long that it blocks the ATM machine which is in a bad location. They also have a window for service outside which is never open. All thumbs and fingers down for this establishment. Hire people that are not pleasant, we shoukd be allowed to pay for gas at pump, open more than one line. This type of stuff only happens in inner city. I dislike that. Never ever will i come to this place this arco total rip off is the worst ever i was going to pumped $30 unfortunately i gave the wrong pump number as i walk out and realize it was the wrong number i walk back in and tell Stephanie the cashier about the error and she tells me sorry some one just pumped your gas and there is nothing i can do about it i walk over to the couple pumping gas on that pump and they show me that they had paid $22 dollers and so it showed on the pump impossible to pump 30 dollers in less then 2 minutes spoke to supervisor and she said she cant do anything about it because it was my falt for giving a wrong pump number and she cannot refound me so i got ripped off with $30 dollers worst experience ever superior verry un professional so disappointed never will i return read more

What a shitty place to pump gas. If it wasn't for the convenient location I would never come here. In fact, I'll never come here again. The pay machine by the pump is not reliable. Since it would not accept my debit OR credit card I proceeded to the main electronic pay machine and paid with cash. After pumping gas I went back to the machine to get my change and it would not pull up the refund. I then decided to go into the store where there was a clerk. The clerk had locked the front entrance (it was around 10pm). I kept knocking but the clerk ignored me. Since I had to leave the gas station to go home I left having overpaid for gas. read more

Read the reviews and all I hear is complains on how they close for shift changes how they are not greeted and I'm like . Look honestly the crew that work at this gas station take care of what ever your purchase is meaning they have no time to hold your hand and walk you thrue the proses grow up,shoot all you need to do is give them the number of your pump hand the cash and walk out boom 10 seconds!! Do that and get the line moving it's so simple stop crying on they don't greet me they are slow this and that ... the cashiers aren't slow you are!! Make up your mind on what u want and be ready to pay and if you don't like standing in line get a debit or credit card you honestly have time to write a review.... lol. If you work you know minimum hours are 6 and full time is 8 hours in between a shift change they can't activate any pump or take any purchase for that matter even if the wanted do to the fact that the system won't let them and yes it takes time!
