If I could give zero stars I would. The worst gas station around. Have had some kind of problem EVERY time I go. But the biggest problem is customer service. Today's issue was not getting any discount on gas after purchasing a car wash. The sign clearly says you receive 20 cents off per gallon with purchase of car wash. I received no discount. The girl at the counter proceeded to tell me I didn't understand the pricing and that I needed to learn how to read. I was absolutely not wrong, I understand how the pricing at gas stations work. Either way her behavior was OUTRAGEOUS and she should not be working in customer service. Will be filing a complaint. Certainly my last time getting gas there. Would rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

I often times stay at the Hampton Inn behind this convenience store/gas station when on business in Cathedral City. I find this a great place to get water and other conveniences like ice cream, Icees, and chips. This place is so convenient for me and I appreciate that. It is overpriced though. I wanted a pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream but it was over $11 so I put it back in shock. There are also several homeless people milling about in the store and in the area, but they never bothered me at all. read more

Went there to get gas today and paid and pumped at the pump. While I was pumping, a homeless man going through a trash can next to the pump stopped and asked me for money. When I didn't acknowledge him, he began to yell at me and use profanity. I would recommend not going to this location. You may find yourself a victim of a crime simply by being in thr wrong place at the wrong time. Gas station needs to step up security so customers can get in and out without being subjected to drunken, homeless who cannot seem to figure out where to get the resources they need read more

My complaint with this Arco is the car wash. I'd used it a couple times before and was happy with the results, especially since it was half the price of Quik Quak. But yesterday, I used it and when the big roller came up to the front of the car, it seemed like it hit kind of hard. The car wash finished and I went outside to readjust my sideview mirrors and saw that the big roller had cracked the front of the hood in two places. What was a $5 carwash will now end up costing me probably a thousand bucks. Never again. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! It is definitely not a value when you require bodywork after getting your car washed. read more

Gas purchase card reader did not work. I purchased $59 in cigarettes, and 2 packs were incorrect. I returned into the store, and requested the correct purchase. Informed: they did not have them. (I saw them, but he could not see them) Why did they use my coupon for a incorrect order. Refund was denied, and treated rude. I will never buy gas or purchase in this station, ever again. read more

This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF! I would give it ZERO stars if I could. All the signs say cash price $4.39. I pay cash and get charged $4.49. Why pay cash if you don't get a discount? Great, low priced gas! The staff here is friendly and courteous. It is very clean without the chemical pine smell that other stations have. Lots of beverage choices, snacks, grab and go foods. The coffee is good. They offer flavored creamers, and they even have stevia for those who do not want chemical sweeteners. They also have a good car wash. read more

I generally get my fuel here I own a business in my company, fills up at the station on the corner of Big Horn and Gerald Ford. Today I decided to take my personal vehicle fill it up and get a car wash. I've filled my tank, but there wasn't a receipt so I noticed there was nobody in line at the car wash, and I was all excited after walking into the store a.m. p.m. I noticed four ampm ladies working, but I'll just standing kind of around talking and laughing while one person was checking out the other two people ahead of me, so I explained simply kindly pump number four isn't printing receipts. I'd like a receipt because I got a car wash the most expensive one. Also, she rudely just handed it to me. Didn't tell me where the number was. I will also mention that the gentleman behind me was Hispanic and he was welcomed with all kinds of Spanish hellos. How are you doing? Good to see ya but not me I'm Caucasian . I couldn't read the car wash #s . and it's pretty bad when there's four or five employees staying inside doing absolutely nothing, and if they're all on break at the same time or if they're all off at the same time, then they shouldn't be in the building I most likely will take my business elsewhere all six company vehicles. This place is right by my work so it's convenient. The problem is the pumps don't work. I have been there 4 times and the pump didn't work for me. I have to walk back in, back and forth telling them they don't work! They say try again. It's a JOKE! Once the guy obviously couldn't understand English because he kept getting the pump number wrong. Mind you I walked back in to tell him it wasn't working 4 times. UNACCEPTABLE! Today the guy told me you have to push the button hard! I was like you mean punch it? I was pushing the button just like any other gas station. This place shouldn't even get 1 star. I hope whoever owns this see's these reviews. 3 out of 4 times I got my $$ back and got gas elsewhere. Pumps make you pay inside. They charge a fee for debit. You have to pay to use the restroom.

I went today, got gas & paid for carwash. The carwash broke my sideview mirror. Manager ignored me, did not even offer to reimburse for wash which I didn't get, just anxious to get rid of me. I was too upset to linger, and went straight to get the damage repaired as mirror was dangling from the side. Cost was $165, and for only a partial fix as motor was damaged. Will pursue further, but do not use this business. read more
