Pull up to the pump, swipe debit card, insert nozzel into car, go to push grade button and $3.79 a gallon???? "Ummm NO!" I went inside and asked the woman behind the counter why their sign was not in agreement with the pump and she rudely proclaims "There are TWO signs and $3.73 is for CASH ONLY! The other sign says the credit price." Well I'll have you know that there is NO other sign! I stated that Debit is treated the same as cash at other stations and I am verbally smacked down again by this 'clearly loves her job' individual with "NO, we still have to pay a fee for Debit so unless you want to pay cash in here, you pay the credit price." Needless to say I was not pleased with the more expensive price or her attitude. This is not the first time that I have encountered crummy service at this stations (including being asked to see my ID when I'm using my debit card with my pin and being refused because I didn't want to go out to my car and get my ID... who does that), but I can say that this will be the last time I give them my business.

I go in I ask can I get pump so and so on. I turn to leave after saying thank you. I hear her say something. And something else. So whatever was said really got the folks not of color going. They were all for it. So I asked what was that. And she said you said blah blah not blah blah. Now I wasn't confronting her or acting ugly to her. So the comments of any kind were unnecessary. Especially when we are both POC. As I spoke she spoke over me and continued to put on a show. I left without disrespecting anyone or myself. It's just a shame you go into a business to do business as a professional and it's like you on the street. Have to be ready for a brawl. Everything is a fight. Low and behold, the machine wouldn't accept either of my cards, so I had to wait for the person in front of me to get their wash, just so I could drive around to the front to walk in and buy a code for the wash at the counter. The cashier acknowledged that the machine wasn't working, which means management likely knows, which means management can't be bothered to put up a sign letting people know the card reader is down so we don't waste our time. I'm not back in line, and have three cars waiting in front me of. I should've been home by now...

For the third time now I have had to have my company credit card re-issued by the bank. Why is…read morethat? I have never not once step foot on the property of the gas station, yet there has been 18 different charges ranging from $44.00-$198.00 on said credit card from this 76 station. At first I thought it was just by chance, but when my bank called me today and asked if I was in Antioch I knew good old 76 was up to their funny business again. I have to believe that whoever is stealing peoples personal info is somehow involved with this station, employee, relative to the owner, the owner itself. Its hard to say. According to my folks, who go here to get gas every now and then, they did get new pumps that pump the gas faster. At the end of the day, gasoline is gasoline, and if the price is right, I'd stop here...as long as the price on the sign is the same as on the pump!
