So we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this time. The showroom is gorgeous, and the staff immediately helped us. We were installing a 8" x 9 foot drink rail for a game room, so we were on a budget. They worked with us to find a remnant in the color we wanted. They helped us choose our options for edge and corners, and set up a time for on-site measurement. It was just before Christmas, so we chose to defer installation until after the holiday. When they measured, they were right on time, and used high tech laser equipment to measure and draw the space. They discussed the support requirements to me, and they were gone in less than a half hour. They returned with the granite about week later, and installed the slab professionally and neatly. We were very impressed throughout the process.

Their products are beautifully displayed outside the office at their location, making choosing simple. They delivered the materials to my work site. What disappointed me about The Stone Center is their computer lacked information about my porch supplies when I returned to buy my walk supplies. In the interest of time we tried to match paver color I used, from a photo on my phone. Big mistake. It did not match. As it turns out I like the new color better than the old but I wanted a seamless match. I also find that The Stone Center's prices are high. Many new and unknowledgeable customer service people are now working there. What I like about The Stone Center is they have a great selection; huge inventory and they sell all of the tools and accessories you need. Their delivery drivers are top notch.

So I had found Willard Brothers while doing a search for local places that sell hardwood. Your…read moretypical big box store may carry a few things but really lack quality and selection typically. When I went to their website they had a lot of different woods listed and probably one of the most extensive lists of hardwoods I've seen locally. I decided to head down there to see what I can find and to pick up some things for a variety of projects as well as some future things. Driving there was a little difficult and not due to any fault of theirs but the GPS had taken me to their neighbor's lot and so I had to ask and drive over one more. If I had paid attention I would have noticed that the numbers did not line up but it told me to make a left turn and it wasn't like 10 ft away from the next entrance so I did and it was an odd conundrum to be in. They had a lot of selections laid out in an ancillary building with a ton of slabs and giant rounds, it reminded me of an old table My grandmother has that was a thick finished round probably 4 to 5 ft in diameter that was live edge. That table is easily over 50 years old but I would imagine if you wanted to make something like that you could come here. Inside they had a ton of boards you can buy ranging from rosewood they had some ebony as well as common things like maple, oak, and walnut. I ended up buying a few boards of purpleheart for projects for my wife. The staff here were very helpful and we're able to cut some boards down to the length so I needed. I think the rule is that the board has to have at least 6 ft left to do a cut of a smaller piece. But I would just confirm that before you ask them to do anything. On all if you do any type of amateur or I guess more professional woodworking this is a great place to stop I feel like their prices were pretty good their selection was amazing and the people here are pretty nice

I contacted multiple…read morelandscaping companies and nobody got back to me, but Ashley from the office called within 15 minutes of the message I left, and then George came out to our home in the middle of a rainstorm, about 30 minutes later! The level of customer service was unmatched. He gave us an extremely fair estimate to replace the window well and regrade the area around it to stop the leak into the window. That was on a Thursday, and he did the work on Tuesday. He was like a ninja, we never even saw him! One of the best customer service experiences that we've had lately. 10 out of 10 quality service and we will definitely use them for anything future within the world of landscaping.
