I picked up my unit and there was damaged to my motorhome. It was apparent that the damage was caused by moving without checking clearances. I asked about the damage and was told it was like that when I brought it in. However, they did not let me know before or after receiving the motorhome about the damage until confronted. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY CLASS A REPAIRS!

I called in the morning and explained the problem. I was hoping they would be able to see us around our eta of 1:00. She was more than happy to accommodate us! Well the excellent customer service did not stop there! We actually arrived around 12:15. Our mechanic, Dave, came right out to take a look at our rig! All and all it took less than an hour and he had us back on the road! He was so friendly and flexible as we asked if he had time to look at a slide out problem as well. He happily did! He and (I think his wife) were both just so pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air to finally have honest & excellent customer service. Our bill was more than fair!!!!

I paid nearly $700 for the part and replacement on my existing fridge. Long story short.... The new cooling element was damaged while being installed. I had a vacation coming up that was prepaid at 3 different RV Camps in Southern Utah, for 2 nights at each, for my unit and my neighbor also had a space for their trailer. There was still a few weeks for them to fix my fridge. Well.... The fridge didn't get fixed. They had it for 2 MONTHS, and I still don't have a fridge. I couldn't get full reimbursement from the RV Parks, so I am now out an additional $550+ for a vacation that I cannot go on. Now, Scott (the owner) has a plan. He will install a new fridge to make up for it and reimburse my RV Park losses. Fast forward another 3 weeks+.... I have a used fridge that was forced into the hole virtually springing the cabinet open, and a half inch gap above the fridge. There are 7 mounting screws in the freezer. One is at an angle, 2 others are tight and four can be turned with a fingernail. I have lost the nearly $700 paid for a cooling element that would have had a 3 year warranty, and have a used fridge (missing the top trim of BOTH doors) with no warranty, no reimbursements for a missed vacation, and a refusal to finish the installation because I called their work "pathetic". Nearly 3 months to repair an RV fridge.... and Scott is upset because I have an "attitude".

ACERT crankshafts have had the dim reputation of breaking.... he also noted that Danny gave him the big F bomb which was not true. Danny offered him another block another crankshaft to move all of his engine parts in it,minus the one piston assembly that was destroyed at as sum of $18 k .. crankshaft when it breaks is a risk everyone is taking when they overhaul their engine. It's a war item unless you replace the crankshaft crankshaft cost $10,000 so rarely happens... I have a picture of the guys broken crankshaft that shows how long he ran it while it was banging around, and the piston rubbed the only thing holding it together I'll include it..

The diagnosis showed a simple problem and it was fixed in less than an hour. But the next morning I could feel that there was still an issue. I explained what it was doing and I had him take it, and he found an issue that had not shown up the first day. That evening he brought it back better than before the first problem started. It was awesome to have my car back so quickly, and even better is that he has very, very reasonable pricing too. I will definitely keep taking my car to this mechanic!!

I didn't buy my motorhome from Blue Compass in Ogden. I bought it from Blue Compass in Texas and both branches really were amazing. I have 3 people in Ogden Utah that need to be recognized and a company as a whole. Megan (BEST EVER) who ALWAYS ALWAYS kept me in the loop on what is going on. I never once felt like I wasn't heard or she wasn't kicking A#@ and taking names getting everything taken care of. When she said come by and it will be done....It was... Chase who went above and beyond making sure the warranty company kept their word. I know both Chase and Megan were on the phone forever ensuring we got what was ours and I want to thank them for saving us a TON of money. And what can I say about Sage who honestly was also so amazing I can't say how much I appreciate this guy. Long story short many people had tried to resolve an on demand water heater problem in our shower. We have a 2023 Dynamax Isata 3 and we had been told just take your shower as it is there is nothing we can do. It was just a lukewarm and awful. It was the one thing we would change on our MH. Sage would NOT GIVE UP. He just kept going when everyone else including Truma the water heater company said "it is what it is". He thought outside of the box and now there is nothing we would change. No joke....We now have an amazing shower that makes us feel like we are in a spa every time we use it. I was an admin for a very large finance company and if I wasn't retired I'd poach them in a second. These 3 employees completely changed not just our opinion of Blue Compass but our opinion about our Dynamax motorhome. Thank you all for everything you have done for us. It does not go unnoticed!! As of May…read more21st my RV is still not registered with my state and my state DMV does not show any money or record for this registration to date. The rep at blue compass told me that the dmv was backed up (5 months??) and I know this is a total lie. Also, they over charged me $2,900.00 for my registration. I have reason to believe they are deceitful and that they ripped me off almost $3000. Just beware when doing business with Blue compass RV, especially in Ogden Utah. I will never bring my RV to a blue compass for service.
