Called Greg at Bockman's and explained the situation and her tight schedule being a student athlete. He helped navigate her time restraints and they were able to fix a wiring failure and a check engine light that happened to come on while she was driving there. Turned out we needed a new gas cap. During the appointment, they noticed a few things wrong regarding my tires, rotor, and pins. Rather than going through with the service of balancing and rotating tires- which would've left me me with the issues I was unaware of (worn tread, seized pin, worn rotors)- Bob notified me that I should address these 3 issues before going through with my originally desired maintenance. They chose to prioritize the customer rather than going through with the service that wouldn't have done anything in the grand scheme. For this I rate 5 stars and highly recommend the service department. I will also return here for my future needs and recommend this place to everyone. These are guys you want to pay to inspect your vehicle.
