She treated me as if I was inferior and seemed overwhelmed at her job. When I asked about my treatment she seemed personally offended and condescended with an attitude and tone. No medical professionalism here. I couldn't believe my treatment as I've been dealing w/constant pain for mos. I needed several fillings and instead of taking care of issue she wanted to do a filling here and there every month or so... telling me that I've had these for awhile so just deal with it. Again I couldn't believe what I was hearing... then she says to me, "what? I have an office full of patients... you just want me to stop everything and just take care of you?" I'm thinking well no but my pain was saying well yes. Again- I was floored. I said mam I never said that and didn't appreciate her tone and putting words in my mouth. Who would? She then said, "I don't feel comfortable treating you and suggested I get treatment elsewhere as I sat in pain in her chair. She literally punished me for questioning her treatment. After dealing with constant pain for mos I was relieved to get treatment and could not understand a timely plan as they never had one. When I had questions, she wasn't nice or empathic about my issue, drug out the issue then casted me away. I really hope no one has to endure what I did today and pray she also seeks treatment elsewhere for her issues. Save yourself... Do not go to Dr. Elizabeth "MOODY."

I have been inquiring about the bridge for my teeth since before Christmas. I am still waiting on a call back of the cost. I have reached out to the practice manager. She did not even bother to call me back about my concerns. A couple of the girls call me back from the Office said that they were gonna keep in touch with me and let me know. I've heard nothing! It is extremely frustrating when you are in customer service yourself and run an office and know how it should go, especially when you reached out to the practice manager. Me and my family have decided to sever our ties here. Which is unfortunate because who really wants to start all over at another dentist practice, but I will not be treated in this way... this makes me feel very unimportant to this office and that they are not really trying to help me. So for that, I'll just take my business somewhere else. No communication in the office. The practice manager does not return phone calls no matter what the concern is. I've reached out to her twice.. This was very upsetting. And it makes you wonder does Dr. Rega even have a concern here. Some people are valued here in some or not. I'm not sure what is the case here but clearly me and my family are not.

I can't say enough great things about the office staff, the dentist hygienist, or Dr. Harris. Very professional, caring and always concerned that you were comfortable during the whole procedure. I have been using this practice for almost 20 years. Everyone one in my immediate family goes to this practice. Dr. Harris tries to make sure he is finished within the time allowed and he is very good at managing the time it takes to do your procedure. I highly recommend this Dentist, and this practice. Also, the front desk receptionist and all other clerical support is amazing.

As a matter of fact, my whole family has been coming here and we have never had an experience as the one listed. I'm not saying it didn't happen, because I don't know, but I'm sure they haven't built their business with such treatment. I'm not excited to go to the dentist, but they always take good care of me. My dentist is Dr. Rizzuti and I am lucky my mom found him many years ago. He helps me relax and takes very good care of me, especially when I was going through my broken jaw experience. It was by no means fun, but it was bearable. I've had my fair share of dental experiences since I broke my jaw. I have had 8 or 9 root canals and they all went well and I know everyone has a different response to root canals. My friends face swelled up, but it has never happened to me, I guess I'm lucky in a way. I have had a couple fillings and lots of cleanings. The hygienists can be hit or miss. They have the hardest job, but some are nicer than others is all I'm saying. I guess it's hard to clean teeth and be super gentle especially if you don't come in every 6 months as suggested. It's a bad habit I've gotten into. Since I don't have dental insurance I have to pay upfront or set up a payment plan. If you pay in full you get a 10% discount which is really nice. The ladies at the counter where you pay are so nice and helpful. My mom comes here a lot and the ladies remember me and who my mom is. I haven't gone to the dentist with my mom in I don't know how long, but they always remember. That is a nice touch.

She's a delight to talk to, and always ensures I'm comfortable and not in pain. I got a night guard for teeth grinding and TMJ, too. Dr. Hunemuller et al answer my questions, and put me at ease. I still dread going to the dentist in theory, and I always expect the worst, and I'm always wrong. And I actually like my dentist. She makes time to compare dog photos, too.

So I called them myself after receiving a text message stating that I have a bill. The first call the lady did not know where the bill came from and that she would call me back in which she never did. So I get another text two months later and I ask her where are sending the bill because I have not received it she had an email address that hadn't been used in years. I had updated my email and send me the bill that was this month. I also asked her to send the treatment plan as well she never did. So today I receive a call from them a rude lady stating she sent you the info I only have the invoice that's not what I asked for so I said send it please. She goes on to say well this is your last chance to pay the bill I said hold now I just received the bill. The bill is late because I never received and I do not go to that dental practice anymore I followed my dentist who left as well. This is very rude and unprofessional I don't recommend them at all.

The absolute worst dentist I have gotten work done with. Charges down payments per visit even with full coverage insurance, certain characteristics similar to hooters are required upon hire.
