I see Jameve Caballero, a Family Nurse Practitioner and she is phenomenal. She is very attentive, easy to talk to and her exams are thorough. She goes over my blood work and any other concerns that I have each time I visit. I love this practice because they are always on time with my appointments and every staff member is knowledgeable in their area. The front desk staff understands insurance and scheduling and the technicians are also skilled and knowledgeable. I like that I am able to get my prescriptions filled flawlessly and I can get on and out for my visits without any issues.

I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. I had a serious infection and high fever for a week and he doubled the antibiotics I had before I went to the ER... yes, and was charged 1k after insurance. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

When I came to he was sitting next to me. I did not know him. He very gently and kindly connected with me as a Knight. Slightly later he suggested that i visit his office and that he is a physician. I did. And I miss him as I now live in Northern California all due to the necessity of requiring a microdisectmy of C3 performed by Grant Shifflett MD Newport Beack neurosurgeon. Subsequently all of my symtoms have worsened. No i say something about his practice. A finer staff cannot be found, maybe equal but among the best of the best. Dr. Finnie is the most profoundly brilliant Primary Physicians i have ever had the priveledge of having him as my PC. He knew all the limits of PC and he most importantly knows the best qualified Specialists available. And most important he actually cares about his patients and their well being. That's rare these days. Also candor is rare and that's extremely important. Patients need truth and communicated in a very apporiate manner and timing. Not all patients are the same. this place has over perscribed my mother twice now, including two anti depressants at once, and…read moreblood presure medication. the physicans here do not check the notes of others, and will give you drugs that will conflict with your body; my mother was made to see things that were not there, because of their malpractice; she also has had dizziness and falling issues, from the medication given; at one point, she was given the oral version of a topical cream, and it caused her to see "ghosts", while she has been sound of mind her whole life. care providers will ask how youre feeling, or what an ailment may be that you have, but then they will perscribe another drug, without asking how the prior ones have made you feel. the doctors may "care", but at times, i have had to check my mother's doctor on their methods of care, and the like. if you use humana, or a government assisted medical care plan of any kind, do not go here, ask for a different center, and press them to make sure that they are paying attention to what you need and how you feel. go any where, or any place other than here.
