Went there at 10:40 on Wednesday the 18th waited for 20 mins and when I asked the front desk old rude man at the front if anyone was in there and he proceeded to talk rude as hell to me and say there was a curbside before me which was no big deal besides how he said it to me so I told him "you don't have to be rude" with which he yelled "I SAID SORRY" so as I left I told him he doesn't need to speak to customers like that he's in customer service and he flipped me off and screamed at me more!! Yesterday I bought an ounce at Arcana Ionia store. The bag looked light, so I weighed it. It weighed 20.8 grams. They told me to bring it back, so I did. They refused to make it right. I have always trusted that bag weight would be accurate. They don't stand behind there product. I am an unhappy customer. read more

Beware of online orders. The prices and dosages listed online are cronic wrong and in accurate. Items are miss priced. And you often get more expensive items or different dosages then you ordered. I've had an issue with about 5 order errors. Management is unwilling to take ownership over the problem or take steps to address the issue. Items are also tossed into the bags often upside down and leads to clogging. The store is sometimes willing to offer exchanges for defective or clogged vapes. And otherwise they say, "tough luck." After speaking to the manager for about five minutes she recommended I seek another store to meet my high standards. My standards are the bare minimum. I'd like to receive the items I ordered with accurate prices and dosages. It's really unfortunate that management would argue with customers about providing basic purchasing services or recommend the customer seek another store because they are unable to fulfill an order accurately. In this order the issue was: online I ordered a number of things. One of them was three 1 gram vapes for 100 dollars. Rather they put one vape for 40 dollars. I lost the opportunity to save money. Also I ordered two other vapes of a different brand that were listed online as 1 gram. But I what I received was a half gram. The store made no effort to inform me that they changed my order. I found out when I got home and capled to speak to management. They placed the blame on the customer and suggested I go in the store in the future errors they will make. What's the point in having a pick up service when management tells customers not to use it because her staff is unable to complete orders correctly? When this store opened it was great. There's been more and more errors in each order over time. It's getting worse every month. I'd suggest everyone follow managements advice and seek another dispensatory that takes ownership over their product. read more

just can't get it correct! the last few times it's been a circus, one order they wanted to take some away due to my medical limit. so I went to Lowell and purchased more than I tried at arcanna with no issues. today was the same only worse. Also they have ONLY ONE TIME have me my correct med dicouny. Also wanted to use my points so I don't have to go back and guess what? There's been a few interactions I've had here that caused my low rating. Let me mention this was my all time favorite dispo I've ever been to in my life and I've visited pretty much every legal state, overtime I've come to strongly dislike how they do things here. First one is I've shown up to this place numerous times to they're system being down resulting in everyone getting turned away at the door. Which sucks when people usually drive at least 30 minutes to reach this shop. Second, some of the budtenders are just straight up rude, ive been ignored a couple times by the same person while she's on her phone texting while I'm asking for information on a product, and she doesn't address the questions even after she's done texting lol. Crazy. Other times I've been given snotty comments when I've expressed my frustration about that interaction. Third, the jars you see online 90% aren't coming with the bud, which is disappointing when it's a $60 eighth and you thought it would come with a nice jar as shown online in the picture. Fourth, I've been told over the phone a couple times that if you show up at least 5 minutes before they close they have to serve you and last week I showed up 10 minutes before they close after being told over the phone they don't lock doors until closing time. The entrance door was locked and was turned away because they were "too busy" to serve me. I would love to give this place 4-5 stars just based off the good medical prices and the bud they have BUT they have taken off 90% of bud off the shelf's that were under $45-$50 a eighth until they're harvest 3 months from now. I wouldn't recommend this place for recreational unless you wanna pay outrageous prices. Like I said in the beginning of my review... this place was my favorite so I hate to be having to even write this... BUT when a customer has done nothing wrong it sucks being treated poorly by a company knowing you can do nothing about it. read more

This place... buckle up kids because this is a story. I'm a disabled, stay at home mom. I ordered from here on a afternoon that I was unable to get out and I desperately needed something to get me through the night. I was told by Michelle when I spoke to her that I needed to order at least 100 dollars of product for delivery. I did not want to spend this much, but they were the only delivery available to me as they seem to be the only ones that don't demand your delivery address match your ID. So I placed the order, called back and spoke to Michelle again, giving her the address for delivery. The delivery driver went to my old city. It was the last delivery of the day and they couldn't fix the problem. So I spent a sleepless night waiting for them to open. You see I was advised by the female manager working that night that she would have someone call me in the morning to see about getting the order out first thing. Well morning comes and no phone call. So, I contact them once again. Not a single person knew what I was talking about. This time I speak with Matt, the Director. Matt was wonderful. He got the delivery out as soon as he could and gave me a twenty dollar credit. Today I called to be sure my husband could pick up my order (filed under recreational) with my credit. I was advised this would not be a problem. So I placed my order and my husband headed out after work to get it. I called to verify again that we would have no issues. Once again this shift of workers have no idea what I'm talking about. I spoke with tonight's male manager and was told they couldn't honor this credit unless I dragged myself out to get it. This is not a possibility this evening. So I am left with a choice to once again go without or pay more than I should be paying. To be fair, I did drop an f-bomb on the manager tonight. I feel it's pretty fair considering how calm and civil I have been throughout this entire mess. My f-bomb got my call disconnected, and tonight's manager neglected to provide his name before disconnecting. read more
