My wife and I recently had our roof replaced by Arcamm Roofing, and left with what can only be described as a truly fantastic experience from beginning to end. That said, here's our takeaway after everything was complete: First impression/initial contact: Ray was an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to our roof replacement, my wife and I performed an exhaustive search on roofers in the area. After several meetings with multiple companies, Arcamm stood out way beyond the rest, primarily due to Ray's extensive knowledge, honesty and continual contact with us. We peppered him with so many questions, and he always dedicated his time to patiently answer all of them. Truly a stand up guy, five stars here. Roofers/installation: Truly a great bunch of guys, and and all assets to Arcamm. The team that came to replace our roof were courteous, respectful and did an incredible job replacing our roof. Despite the wicked weather, battling the cold, rain and snow over the course of the installation, the guys braved the elements, demonstrating their dedication and experience to the job. Well done boys, top marks here. Final product: After the Arcamm team wrapped up their work, our roof looked absolutely amazing and were very happy with the final results. Every time we pull out of the driveway, we find ourselves admiring our new roof, and the quality of workmanship in illustrates. The Bottom Line: In short, Arcamm can only be described as a five star roofing company that I have already recommended to our friends and family. From Ray's candid honesty and wealth of knowledge, to the roofers and final product, our experience with Arcamm can only be described as a flawless experience. Arcamm Roofing was amazing, Ray was great to deal with. When he came to visit and give us a quote he gave us all the different options that would work with my roof and the pricing involved with those options. He kept saying don't worry i will take care of you, Since my renovation involved removing all the shingles and the wood off my roof as well as blowing in new insulation into my attic, and i had hinges that separated the soffits from the rest of the roof. A breeze way that attached the garage to the house that was in the way it was quite a big job. Ray had every available solution and back up plan ready if needed. I know I am really pumping Arcamm up.....but after all that when they should up they had it all done in three days! That's with clean up every night as well. I recommend this company to everyone Unfortunately i will not need to use them again, since how I watched him install everything at my house it will not need to be done again. joe wittick Bradford Customer To Whom it may concern, I recently needed an emergency soffit repair at my home at 56 Gardiner Drive, Bradford Ontario. I looked online for eave and soffit repair companies in Newmarket and found your company. I spoke to Ray, who understood my dilemma. He quoted me a price and terms (which I found acceptable) and promised to have the work done either that afternoon or the following morning. The next day Ray called to say he was sorry for not coming , but due to the ice storm the previous evening, and due to safety concerns he would have to postpone the repair until the following day. Ray and his crew showed up the next afternoon, professionally did the work, cleaned the site, and left no evidence anyone was there. We discovered a leak this spring due to aging shingles and Ray took time out of his weekend to come by and assess/repair the situation as best as possible. Unfortunately, the shingles were beyond repair and had to be replaced ASAP. Ray took the time to explain proper installation techniques and got me a quote within a couple of days. He arranged to get his guys out on the May long weekend for roof replacement so that I wouldn't have to wait 2-3 months while my roof kept leaking. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Sure you'll find other companies that can save you a couple hundred $$ but trust me you may not get the quality installation/peace of mind that you would from Arcamm. read more

This company was very quick in answering questions, arrived when expected and in a timely manner to do a quote, and provided knowledge and an explanation about their products and services. When comparing other quotes, they stated that they would match the lower offers. When it came time to do the work, the team showed up, they were quick and efficient. Knowing I have young kids, they were extra diligent in always making sure that all material was properly disposed of, and all nails and other material was found during clean up. read more
