I tried reaching out and Unfortunately noticed in online postings, the previous business owner passed away and business was sold. I tried reaching out to the new business number and even visited their business location but don't think the business is active anymore even though the IVR mentions it's Arcamm roofing. No one is there to pick up the phone or call back even if you leave messages. I would have thought a business respond to calls either if it's for new business or an angry/returning customer. My experience with both businesses (Old & new) is not more than 2. Others might have been lucky.

I had my roof replaced by Arcamm back in 2016. I had dealt with Ray at the time, and although he…read moresounded very helpful and professional on the phone, I was not impressed with the crew or their work when they did the job. I caught more than one mistake they made while the work was underway, and had to press them to do it right. They even omitted to install a vent I had paid for in the work order! (which I only noticed last year). Afterwards, Ray would not provide me with a proper contract or warranty, no matter how hard I pressed him for one, only an invoice with a bogus claim to a 50 year non-prorated guarantee. So fast forward to 2021, a row of cap shingles along a ridge had blown off during a wind storm. I called Arcamm, not because I wanted to deal with Ray again but because I wanted to discuss the repair to see if he would in any way honor the guarantee because this recent failure was due to poor workmanship (overdriven nails). Upon calling, I was surprised to hear that Ray passed away in 2018 and the business, including the name, was sold and was under new ownership. I was told that the new owner had been dealing with several calls for repairs (from angry customers, myself included) who had work done by Ray and company. They understandably are not responsible for any of the old warranties, but have been trying to give previous customers a break on repair work. I explained my situation, and sent a copy of my old invoice and a photo of the damage on a Friday. Rob, from the new Arcamm, came out on Monday at the agreed time. He was very friendly and helpful, and had all of my repairs, including installation of the missing vent, completed within an hour. He hand-nailed the ridge caps and used extra adhesive to ensure this fix was solid. The price was fair, and there was good followup from Kate in the office to make sure I was pleased with the job. I can only refer to this small repair, and not a whole new re-roof job at this point, but I think the new Arcamm seems to be a good outfit. The old Arcamm is no more, and I will surely consider the new Arcamm for any future roofing work. Cheers! - JM

Braiden won't return calls or texts and left me with a leaking roof that has ruined my ceilings inside. All my lights flooded after the first rain and damage all over my ceilings. He is a total scammer !!! Do not trust anything he says. A total scam artist. I am initiating a police report now. Hopefully nobody else gets scammed by this lying lowlife. Beware !!!!!

Their quote was very competitive. Their professionalism was top notch, the roofs both look great and they are just really nice guys. They worked quickly and cleaned up every last bit of the old roof.
