Car washes at garages ect are often over priced and they don't always provide a good service so this place is a breath of fresh air. Travelling from London to visit my family, I had to do an emergency stop which caused my large take away coffee to somersault out of the cup holder and pour its contents over the footwell and front carpet of my already super dirty car..... With sticky sweets left all over the place by recalcitrant children and a good 6 months worth of foot traffic since the last time I hoovered it out, I gritted my teeth and looked for somewhere to valet my car.... The coffee could not be just left. It is now like new..... I swear if it weren't for the hole worn in the driver footwell carpet by my husbands size 12 shoes I would think they just pulled all the carpet out and replaced it! One day when they were washing my car one of the lads scratched it accidently. The manager apologised and said it was a new guy working there. They called my car insurance and explained what had happened, and they would repay any costs associated with the damage. And they did so when I took the letter with the stated cost to the place. And every time I drive there to wash my car, they greet me and wash it thoroughly.
