Excellent food and friendly staff! Turkey wraps, chicken wrap, and mozzarella sticks were all fire. Would gladly stop here again.

Good food but they are expensive for a fast food restaurant. Always had a good experience from here. I have never had them mess up my order.

Well I mistakenly decided to order a pizza from this Pizza Hut which I certainly will never do again. The pizza was super dry, the toppings looked like they were cooked twice as long as they should have been, and as an added bonus a worker was standing literally right outside the door smoking. I don't care if someone is smoking on a break but maybe move a foot or so away from the door. That's probably the last time I'll get Pizza Hit from anywhere!

Let me start by saying the pizza might have actually been pretty good had it contained even a hint of sauce on it. I'm not one to over dramatize, so believe me when I say, there was no sauce on these pizzas. I actually checked our receipt to see if they had mistakenly typed 'no sauce' into our order. Okay okay, so there was what looked like the least effort put into adding sauce. By that I mean it looks like the Hut team member took the empty sauce ladle and smeared it across the dough. That is no exaggeration. It was so dry that a full swig of water was required with each bite just to get it down. I bet when Mr. Hut Mgr makes his heavy fisted personal pies at the end of his shift it's scandalously laden with copious amounts of sauce AND toppings. When I placed our order on their website I noticed that when I was paying by card, the form boldly solicited for a 'tip for the crew', which I didn't include. I even half jokingly said to my husband, do you think they'll make us sh*tty pizzas because we didn't tip. Surely they wouldn't do that! But, silly me, I hold others to the same level of integrity as I try to uphold myself. Is that why we got that dry cracker of a pizza, because we didn't tip on an already hefty price tag for pizza? The thing is, these Hut employees are paid a full wage. They aren't waitresses / waiters busting their humps for abbreviated wages that require supplementation via tips. And we picked it up, so there was no driver to tip. The virtual tip jar on their website is pretty brazen. However it would've been forgettable had they just made us some edible pizzas.

Here we go, and by the way this has nothing to do with covid. I used the subway app to place a…read morecurbside pickup at this subway. I ordered 2 footlongs one of them being a melt. Everything was fine and it was ready when it was supposed to be. I took them home and opened up the bag. The one sandwich was fine. The melt was a mess. It was in 2 separate brown bags and when I tried to get it out of the bag all the ingredients were in the bottom of the bag. I dumped it out on a plate (see pic) and it was a soggy mess. I tried to post a complaint online but it would not let me post the complaint without a store number that was supposed to be on the receipt (see pic). So I called the store and the woman that I talked to asked me if the one sub that I was calling about was a melt? I said yes. She said did you order any sauce on it? I said yes. She said, (and I kid you not) "well then that is kinda on you because if you order it with sauce they will fall apart." I then said, well then someone should have "kinda" told me that! She said that they are supposed to tell you that when you place an order for a melt. I said that I placed the order on the subway app and there was no such warning. Adding that I would have complained online but that was not possible without a store number and my receipt did not have a store number. She said yes it does. I said no it doesn't. She said do you have the receipt? I said I sure do! She then proceeded to explain to me where on the receipt the number was. It was not there (and if anyone out there can see it let me know) and I read her the entire contents of the receipt. She then said that the store number was 10851. She then said hold on. She came back and said the the manager said that if I come back they will make me another one. I said I live about 5 miles away out in the country and that would not be an option and that I would fill out a complaint online. So I went back online entered all the info including the store number she gave me and pressed submit. Are you ready? INVALID STORE NUMBER! So I did a search for the phone number and found it. Called the number and it referred me to make a comment online? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So I did a search for the corporate number and found it. Called it, pick the option to make a comment and an experience at a store. It referred me to their online option! I called again and waited and it said remain on the line and the next representative will be right with you. It rang and rang and rang... then it hung up on me. So I then looked up the address and they are going to get a nasty snail mail. As far as I'm concerned subway has been going downhill for the past few years. It used to be good food at a good price, now it is neither! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
