Well not a hit on this place or staff in particular but on the new 'Steak Nuggets'. The TV commercial looks so good, it hooked me the 1st time I saw it. Stopped in today to enjoy a great meal of nuggets and was VERY disappointed. Nothing like the TV ad. My nuggets were black and dry. Wish I could ad a picture of my plate. I don't hit up Arby's much, but typically like their sandwiches. This location is right off Interstate 85 with plenty of car parking. The counter service was meh, but adequate. The food came out quickly on a tray for dine in. The dining room was clean, but very dated with stains on the carpeting. The roast beef beef sandwiches, fries and drinks were tasty. Trash cans were used and within their boundaries. A one star deduction for the men's restroom which was equivalent to a roadside gas station. It was absolutely disgusting and no scrubbing in the world can bring it back. The restroom needs gut and embarrassing for the franchise owner. The entire restaurant needs refreshed. read more

I rarely make comments unless something is really good, or really bad. On the evening of 2/23/26 it was "that bad". I waited behind a truck at drive through for five minutes and the line didn't move so I came inside to order. The poor fellow in the truck then came in and said he had been waiting 15 minutes in drive through and no service. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get a regular roast beef combo meal. Had to ask for a cup for my drink while I waited. The restaurant was dirty, out of napkins, no containers for ketchup. I think this is the only one star I've ever given, won't be back. read more

Went to the drive through. Was greeted with a smile through the monitor. They allowed ya to make our order, confirmed our portion size, sauce and drink preference, and then repeated it back. Then our favorite part, "happy to help". At the next station they took our payment and gave our beverages. Then that attendant told us to puull up to the line, not another station. We were a bit confused but moments later a women came out, handed us our food and told us to "have a wonderful day!" I was nervous they would skimp on a napkins or sauces, but all was there. Food was tasty as usual but what I will remember is the wonderful customer service of the folks working @12:30pm on 1/21. (Anthony's name was on the receipt)!!! ...happy to help! read more

I've gotten very sick with gastric pain and it was so severe that it took about 10 days to feel well again! There seems to be something tainted with the mayonnaise and tartar sauce. I will never eat there anymore and don't suggest anyone else does until it gets inspection and graded. read more

If I could give this Arby's a 0 I would! Place is disgustingly filthy and it's a build up of months of not cleaning in the dining room area. The sauce dispensers had mold and dirt on them. When I asked for packets of sauce the lady at the counter asked why I wasn't getting sauce out of the dispenser. The other girl up front said that people have just been lifting up the top of the dispenser and putting their hands in it with the sauce chips to get it. I sId I'm not touching that thing and the second girl said she didn't blame me that it is "nasty as hell​." My husband and I shouldn't have eaten the food that took forever to get and was cold. About half an hour down the road, we both got sick with vomitting and diarrhea. Needless to say, our trip home to Atlanta was horrible and we had to constantly stop..I went to my doctor this morning as I'm still sick as a dog and was diagnosed with food poisoning, had to have an IV due to all the throwing up and diarrhea completely dehydrating me. Definitely making a call to the health department! As I said, we shouldn't have eaten the food, but we were starving and trying to make good time getting home. There wasn't a clean table in the place and the carpets were extremely stained and no they weren't too busy to clean! There were signs everywhere advertising that potato cakes were back but did they have potato cakes? No!! The bathrooms were gross as well. This place is disgusting. We ordered and then when to sit inside the dining room, to notice every table was dirty and the carpet was gross and looked like it's never been cleaned. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and noted how unclean it was and that there was mold growing in the sink. We ate there anyways cause we already ordered, but I immediately regretted it. Our last visit to Arby's was ok. It was during the busy Labor Day long weekend. We ordered the Philly Prime Rib Cheesesteak sandwich, a Turkey Gyro and Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries and Strawberry Lemonade. They had run out of turkey and hero rolls, so they used alternatives. Roast beef for the gyro and a roll for the Cheesesteak. The food was pretty good. read more

This one is a hit or miss depending on who's working at the time. If the old guy is on the fire later your fries are probably going to be cold because he makes 20 or 30 of them at a time and they sit there. I've been there when they've had really good really energetic employees that will always willing to help but they don't seem to last. Management didn't seem very nice to these folks. read more

Terrible service. Food prepared incorrectly. Left me sitting in the drive thru for 22 minutes after I waited my turn to order my food while they waited on 7 people behind me. When I finally got my order I had no drinks and 2 of the 4 sandwiches were prepared wrong. The chicken wrap had NO chicken on it. I had to get out of my vehicle and go into the store and show my receipt to get my 4 drinks because they told me I hadn't ordered any drinks. $40 for lunch for 4 people...cold fries & potatoes, awful sandwiches, flavorless Mello Yello was all soda water. I left a detailed email of my entire experience on the website asking for a refund. I even included a copy of my receipt. All I got was an email asking for more details. Don't waste your time with this place. It's extremely over priced for the very poor service and awful food quality. Management clearly doesn't care one bit after the email I got from them. We stopped at this Arby's to grab dinner as we are heading up North from NC. They were slightly busy; but, the line in the drive-thru moved pretty quickly. The employee who took our order was very friendly and patient as we weren't sure what we wanted. We were in and out of there in about 10 minutes and the food was pretty tasty! read more

Update: I almost feel like rescinding my original score for this review because a family member of mine came to this place just recently and was refused service because she wore a t-shirt of a sports team that an employee didn't like. I work in Law Enforcement and had loved to stop here because they are always nice and law enforcement friendly, we receive a percentage off. I came in one afternoon and was getting dinner for some of my shift before work only to be treated rudely and watch complete laziness unfold. First when I went inside no cashier to be found and as the line pilled up I watched her pulling trash bags and ignoring us along with the rest of the employees. when she took everyone's order she was rude and short. When she came to me I politely asked if they were still honoring the discount and she rudely snapped NO! I asked if she could check for me because I got it just last week she looked around and said you don't get it! At this point I'll admit it was just out of principle because of how I was talked to instead of the money. I asked her to check with the manager because I knew we received it. She walked behind the prep area and talked to the cook for about 5 seconds then returned saying IDK but I don't know where my manager is and asked me to pay for my food. I laughed and said no thank you I won't be eating here anymore and walked off. When I went outside I saw the manager I recognized and she was leaning on a car talking to someone. As I got in my car she was finally going inside. I understand being new and respect the fact she may not have known, but that doesn't cut it for the fact she and her co-workers let a line form to the door all while pulling trash bags, or the rudeness we all received. Plus the fact she basically refused to find the manager. The only reason I am writing this now in light of the great treatment me and my fellow Law Enforcement officers had received in the past is because I wrote the corporate office almost a week ago with no response?? You are the only local restaurant that honors us please don't let that slip away! read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to many people. Orders always seem to be messed up from anyone I talk to. I have had several problems here. More as of late. Go to the Petersburg location if you're looking for the actual Arby's restaurant. Only stop here if you are on I-85 or 58 passing south hill and really need Arby's. read more

Clean and great staff. Good example of fast food at its best. Grounds well kept. Food served fresh.
