Do better; offer fresher food and be polite. There were only 3 people in front of us and it took almost 20 minutes to get two chicken sliders and one roast beef sandwich!! 3 items. No drink. No fries needed. Just 3 sandwiches. Not sure what the problem was but they were highly disorganized. I know it's a tough job. I've been there, done that but the wait was unreal. They take your name when you place an order. It prints on the receipt. But for some reason, the lady was calling out the items ordered for people and when they would come up, she would ask if they ordered fries too. It was as if the workers don't have the same printed receipt that they give to the customers. No online ordering at this location. I'm assuming because it isn't a free standing Arby's. The two employees working didn't seem to be happy they were employed either. Just smile and be polite. This goes a long way even if the order takes longer than expected. We ate here because it was convenient when fueling up our car but it won't happen again. At least not at this location. I still like Arby's and will eat there again, just not at this one. This Arby's is located at a truck stop gas station and connected to a convenience store that has restrooms and showers. At the time of our visit, 12:30 on a Friday afternoon, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and discombobulated and not all buttons were working properly on the point of sale machine. Given the issues our food still came out fairly quickly and was pretty tasty. My special order sandwich was prepared as ordered, which I appreciated. Husband got the French Dip and said the au jus seemed to be gravy. He said the fries were good. Dining room could have been cleaner but I've definitely seen much worse. read more

Nice Arby's location joined with a Pilot gas station. It appeared clean inside and the staff was friendly. They have a drive thru and about 15-20 tables inside for seating. Our food was prepared quickly. We just grabbed a quick snack of a roast beef sandwich and chicken nuggets from their 2 for $7 deal, both of which were good, but not great. There are many times that establishments that are connected to travel stations, gas stations, truckstops aren't as good as the standalone. This one is an exception! I stopped by here many times as I'm traveling for work when I'm in between Columbia and Charleston. The people here are very friendly and the food is just as good if not better than some of the standalones It's always hot and fresh. The only reason I can't give them five stars is because sometimes they do take just a little bit longer. The gas station and restaurant are easy to get in to and out of. It is conveniently located off of the interstate. All in all - not much to say. I started a road trip full of fire and then hunger hit me, I didn't want the same ole roadside places and these are far and between so I stopped and wow did their service catch me off guard. The drive thru operator was friendly, exercised small talk while not delaying me, but as she handed me my food. The food got to me hot, my fries were piping hot like I like them. My sandwich got to me beat and orderly, not rushed and lopsided as if the construction was too arduous of a task. where do I start? As a former employee of Arby's I will have to let you know that they're a little Slow. It took me forever to get the job... Also you have to have a strong mental state if not you won't last there. I recommend doing night shift if otherwise. The supervisor is always in your ear whenever she's there. And be prepared not to have a life. This was my very first job and I got fired for requesting a Saturday from off work for a family matter. Mind you, this wasn't like a last minute request. My request took place at the beginning of the month. My supervisor told me if I didn't show up to work then I was automatically terminated. Never had any complaints from a customer and I was always a great employee. They don't answer their phone but they will call you if you're late to work. This is a really decent modern Arby's that is attached to the Wilco Travel Plaza off of exit 139 on I 26 in South Carolina it is an exit that is easy to get on and off of and it does have a drive thru and its very spacious in clean inside as well and the gas station that is attached to has a nice well stocked convenience store as well as Dunkin Donuts coffee read more

So we're traveling up to NC for vacation and decide to stop at Arby's. The restaurant and the gas station are pretty nice. I decide to order a chicken sandwich and they hand it to me pretty quick. I'm quite suspicious on how and why it came out so early, so I take out the sandwich since I'm really hungry, only to find that it's a bit old and soggy. I go in to complain how they didn't make it feast and ask them to do it again. The lady running the register seems a bit annoyed, but she happily makes me a new one without extra charge.
