The touch pad didn't work well, the layout wasn't easy to maneuver, and it took us 10 minutes to complete our order ... and equally long to get our order. It would have been faster to go through the drive in and bring our order in to eat. I understand you're trying to streamline costs, but the kitchen was understaffed and no one was available to take counter orders or assist with your finicky kiosks. It's unlikely we will return to dine in if the kiosk is our only choice.

I normally don't do that but I saw a sign advertising jalapeño cheese curds, and I just had to try them. Even though it was near closing time on a busy Saturday night the employees were smiling and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and truly every employee I saw was pleasant and helpful. The jalapeño cheese curds were excellent! They were actually spicier than I had expected. I love jalapeños but many things that are advertised as jalapeño contain just a hint of jalapeño but these were spicy and full of jalapeño. I also ordered a grilled cheese and it was very good too. I know the jalapeño cheese curds are only a limited time feature but I wish Culver's would consider adding them to the regular menu.
