I don't know why Arby's changed the thickness of there meat to SUPER thick. It it's not the same. I won't eat at an Arby's ever again. Also this place served cold chewy fries, flat soda from the dispenser and really thick meat sandwich. I should have just thrown my $18 in the trash read more

Yecuk ewwww every time I try to have something from here the food sucks I try different spots but the people who work there always seem to have an attitude and like they are better than you maybe it's just me but I treat people in the food industry with the utmost respect because I know they can spit in your food or worse. Stopped in for a quick lunch, which was quick -- no line, great service. Roast beef was great as usual, and they even had Mello Yello to drink. Only downside: they don't have normal fries anymore, only "curly fries" coated with some sort of stuff. read more

Just happened to notice the Arbys while I was driving by. One of my favorite fast food restaurants, so stopped in. I wasn't disappointed. My French Dip was fresh and excellent. The cashier, Jennifer, was awesome. Friendly, a smile, and was nice enough to use my name when telling me she was just waiting on my fries to cook. Brought my food to my table and checked back to see if I needed anything. When I was gathering my things to leave, she noticed I still had my fries, and offered me a bag. And, although at the register w/another customer by the time I was walking out, , she told me thank you, and to have a great day! .... So, wait, was I leaving a fast food establishment, or a nice restaurant, where waitresses are nice to get your tip? It was very nice to be taken care of with a smile, and extra service. We went to this location to order food while on my lunch break after ordering food we informed the worker we had a card for a military discount and she said ok as we got to the drive up window to pay for our food my wife reminded them about the discount but the manager who was rude said they dont honor military discounts which when we called their corporate office they in formed us that arbys does honor the discount. Even after informing the manager of this she still refused and had an attitude about it Stephanie Morales (manager ) who needs to retrain on customer service and courtesy is the one we dealt with this isnt the first episode with her on this discount ordeal. we still havent recieved a call from the franchise owner on this incident which should be priortiy for his business. We have told others who are veterans not to patronize the business due to their rude customer service read more

I came here for Christmas to eat lunch around 2pm with my friend. The customer service is excellent. We were greeted with smiles especially from the nice person at register Marjorie and Chloe. I'm really bummed out that either this location is horrible or Arby's in general is horrible. I've been here 3 times and each time there was something wrong with the food. The fries have been cold, roast beef looked suspicious, stale bread and skimpy on the Arby's sauce. The last visit was the last straw. I saw the Italian meatball sub commercial and thought it looked good, so I tried it. First off it looked nothing like the commercial, more like something that came out of a vending machine. I love the food, but the service is a joke. I rolled through the drive thru and the gal handed me a large Pepsi that was dripping everywhere! She didn't even offer to clean off the outside of the cup! She new it was dripping because it was all over her nasty hands! Clearly she was having a bad day. I wanted to throw the drink right back in her face and make it even worse! She was so disrespectful I was in shock! I'll never be back. The situation with them cutting the roast beef to thick was unacceptable when I came here last year from out of town. I forget why they said it happened like that. there was some sort of problem. unfortunately Arby's roast beef only tastes delicious when it's thinly sliced the proper way. because it's some kind of weird processed meat product. I still ate it but they gave me some free sandwiches on my more recent visit because of what happened. I go through this drive thru roughly once a week in the early morning (like 2 AM) and the employees have always been cheerful and nice. Which is surprising to me, because, hey, 2 AM. I really appreciate it though; after being on the road a few hours straight, it's nice to see/hear a friendly face/voice. Thanks, guys! read more

Just stood in line for 33 minutes waiting to get served. Long line? Nope only three people in front of me. By the time I left we had thirteen people behind me. The cashier would serve one person then go help the drive through then go to the cooking area. After over five minutes at the register a different person walk to the register and takes my order. I order some onion rings with my sandwich and she said something like you will get five. So I say excuse me did you say I would get five onion rings, she ignores that, so I stop her and ask again, ignored again. She tells me the total so I try and refocus her by saying I have asked you the same question twice now with no response. Then she says yes you will only get five onion rings. So I say cancel the rings and give me fries. The guy that was the cashier was asked for straws, so he stops working at the register and fills the straws. Then someone tells him they have so sauce, so he stops working the register to get some sauce. He notices his cups are getting low, so he stops working the register to fill all of his cups nice and neat. Then the person in front of me orders a wrap, so he leaves the register to put on gloves and clean his space and proceeds to make her wrap and help out the cook, never did see him leave the kitchen. My wife loves Arby's but I will save this for on the road stops. This was first and last time here. This place does not represent Lodi, don't expect much here except maybe lots of frustration. My husband and I went in to order sandwiches. We ordered three sandwiches and the young man at the cash register called them back. Then immediately a woman in the back yelled out "you need to call those sandwiches as soon as they're ordered!" He politely told her that he had done just that. To which she yelled out again " three sandwiches at once?! That's too many It holds up the line!" To which I promptly responded, loud enough for her to hear, that we had just ordered three sandwiches. The young lady that was working the drive-thru window came over to help. I told her that I certainly hope that wasn't the manager because that was extremely rude. Young man had done nothing wrong. But even if he had for her to yell from the back somewhere at him with customers around was outrageous and unacceptable. Then to top it all off the beef and cheddar sandwiches we ordered were gross. It looked like older meet a little dried up and cut way too thick. Roast beef is supposed to be thinly shaved and tender and juicy to bite into. This was not the case. I truly love Arby's. let me start out with just saying ,i haven't been a patron of arby's in a while, ever since heat polar swirls were around. so i walked in there and gave my order. and i sat down , my food was brought to me and i noticed they did that with all customers. after a few minutes i was able to determine that their customer service was absolutely amazing. the food was made to my satisfaction. i've been in the food service industry for years and i couldn't have served the customers coming in to the establishment any better myself. thank toy arby's, lodi,ca read more
