I went by today and the service was nice but the selection was poor. Ordered poppers, out of the sauce. Ordered the rib-eye sandwich, out of onions, ordered the French dip, out of that. Get home and bite the ribeye sandwich and the taste was off. It is heavy on the garlic so it's hard to taste anything else for a second but there was this off taste. I open it and see this multi colored foul smelling meat. I immediately ball it up and toss it and quickly inspect the other one we ordered for my son. His was fine but mine was a hot mess. read more

Despite their many shortcomings, I tried their "Loaded Italian" sandwich. As is the pattern with Arby's, it was neither Italian, nor loaded. It was a very flat, skimpy serving of something like thuringer and something like ham. VERY thin. Paper thin. Some cheese goo and a fair amount of cracking, dry bread. Not only was it barely edible, it wasn't even filling. In short, false advertising for a crappy snack. Not forgivable. The only things on their menu that are just overpriced, but still worth eating, are the ones they don't have to cook. read more

Had a beef and cheddar minus the cheddar missing the red ranch, that's why we get the beef and cheddar would have just got a regular if that's what I wanted. Cold hard bun! Yes, it's fast food, and we all know the drill. This Arby's breaks the mold! The food was SO delicious, I couldn't believe I was sitting in a fast food restaurant. Speaking of which, the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, and once a table was cleared, a staff member was there to clean and disinfect it! The iced tea was truly the best I've ever had. This was my first visit since it opened a couple of years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the dining room and kitchen were and how pleasant the staff were as well. I ordered the fish sandwich and found it to be about the same taste as McD's, but visually it was superior and appeared to be an actual whole fillet of fish. Trying the shotgun approach, I also ordered a Three Cheese and Bacon Ultimate Angus. The picture looks amazing with that cheese and peppercorn ranch dressing oozing out. The actual sandwich was quit a letdown from the picture, but still pretty good. It did me take me maybe 5 bites to taste the peppercorn ranch, and if you know Arby's, you know that meat needs some moisture. I ended up slathering on some horsey sauce (are we 4 yrs old?) and that made it better, but drowned out the ranch. My wife had the turkey wrap, which was dry and cold, with a side of the blandest curly fries I've eaten. Luckily, they have hot sauce that was pretty decent, so no harm no foul. Overall, not bad but underwhelming save for cleanliness and customer service. read more

The food is usually made fresh but it's just so dang expensive for fast food. Me and two kids ordered and it was $19!! I do love their roast beef though. The bathrooms were clean as was the lobby. It usually takes a few minutes to get your order because it's generally made when you order it. Last time we were in there it was a bit warm in the lobby. Went in last night around 10 pm. I ordered 4 beef and cheddar. The picture shows about 2 inches of meat and a sesame seed bun. I got hardly any meat and a small dab of cheddar and they were on this nasty onion bun, the meat had no taste. The onion bum overpowered eveything, all I tasted was the bun, gross. The curly fries were cold and seemed like they were refried. 4 beef and cheddars a curly fries and a shake $25 Then I proceeded to get sick about an hour later. I will not visit Arby's again. Calling to see if Lions Choice would build a good roast beef place in this town. read more

Just finished dinner at Arbys in Jefferson City, MO...food was delicious. Service was terrible! The young person who took our order couldn't repeat back the order...forgot to give our drink cups. Waited forever for a salad and chicken salad sandwich. Another couple waited forever for their good and finally had to ask for their order. The only saving grace this "crew" has is a young man named Dylan. Motivated and polite he found out NO ONE was getting their food and took matters into his own hands. "I've found a hapy customer is a returning customer" he said as he made sure we all got our food. Airbus needs to reward and promote Dylan and he needs to train the rest of the crew.
