Absolutely appalled by the food, service and timeliness of this unit. My wife and I have used Arby's as a consistent backup plan for lunch across 13 states and 11 years. Both units in Great Falls fall massively short of experience expectations. Mozz sticks limp, greasy and gross. Fries stale and old. Sandwiches sloppy, unbalanced and cold. I say this with the upmost derision.... it is a sad, sick day when the McDonald's in town (which only my kids eat at), has higher standards then Arby's. Maybe someday it will be ok to try Arby's again but not here in this town. read more

Worst Arby's experience I've ever had. I go inside and order because the drive thru line looked like something out of a night mare. Only to find out that the inside is much worse. Learning once I'm close to the register that it is undoubtedly due to the incompetence of the man behind the register "Sherlock". The lady in front of me wants a discount for a free sandwich for a military discount and Sherlock behind the counter couldn't figure it out so he just says that and doesn't ask for help from a manager right away till a manager happens to walk by then asks. This manager "Braxton" doesn't know how to do it either, so what does he do you may ask? "Since we don't know how to give you the discount ma'am, your meal is free". As if screwing your franchise owner out of money is your get out of jail free card for your incompetence. Then another manager comes over and actually knows that to do and gives her the discount. Well "Sherlock" number 1 clearly tasked by the stress of the situation just waits for her food to be prepared instead of taking the order of the next 7 people waiting in line. Next in line being me. I finally say, "you can take other peoples order too ya know"? The response of which was a snap out of his lax mental state and actually took my order. Which I might add came out really fast yet cold. Altogether brought me to a point of nearly writing off Arby's altogether. Horrible experience. read more

I was very disappointed in my recent visit to Arby's. I hadn't been to the newly remodeled Arby's so thought I'd treat myself. Since the drive thru was backed up to where I didn't think it would be safe to sit and wait, this wasn't Arby's fault of course, I went inside and ordered a double beef & cheddar, potato cakes and medium Jamocha shake. They got me my order quickly enough but they gave me waffle fries which looked like they spent too long in the fryer. When I told the person who had handed me my meal that I wanted potato cakes instead of fries she said that I had gotten waffle fries, so I told her that I ordered potato cakes she grudgingly took my fries and replaced them with potato cakes and when I got to my car & tasted my shake it was plain chocolate instead of Jamocha. I understand that it was at noon and that they were a little busier but they should be more careful when handing out the orders. My sandwich was good so no complaints on that. read more

Stopped in here after a long drive, absolutely starving, to the point where anything would have tasted good. And left absolutely starving and disgusted. The food was clearly prepared hours, if not days, in advance. Sandwiches came with no sauces, no lettuce, onions - just a crusty dry bun with a mini chicken thing on it. Other than the fries, nothing was edible. Will not be back. If you are looking for a quick eat on the go, go elsewhere and save yourself multiple trips, because you will have to go somewhere else for food. read more

Service here has never been stellar (unlike the other store) but the wait is even worse. Arby's is definitely NO longer in the 'fast food' business. And the prices show it, too. Greeted with a welcome "to look over the menu" before being ready to take my order does not give a good impression during the prime dinner hour. The guy in front of me was clearly exasperated by the order taker as well. We waited a full ten plus minutes to PLACE our order behind one truck and another that had already ordered in the drive-thru. It was probably another 10 before we got to the window and on our way. Although we make it a habit to double check everything (because we have 2 kids) we still got home missing the salad we ordered. We found one of the kids' drinks missing before we left! And on top of that we had to look up the phone number on Yelp to call since it's not printed on the receipt. Oh, well I guess I can use the survey number that's on there. And it stands as a testament to the intelligence of the guy in the window that with one roast beef sandwich and 2 orders of fries we now have no less than a year's supply of sauces on hand. Don't go here unless you have a lot of time and a real good hankering for a tasty roast beef sandwich, curly fries, or Jamocha shake. We have always had good service here.... The problem, is the owner. He is not a very responsible guy when it comes to equipment at his store. There is always a machine down for milkshakes or the special shakes. We drive out there to get one , The machine is down. We're sick of trying to get one of their specialty shakes every time we go there it's not working. It's not the employee's fault it's the owners fault! read more
