Best ever! Love China, she's the best. That guy Aidan at the drive through always has great customer service and the food comes out fresh every time!! read more

Did an online order. We were missing all sauces we ordered including two orders of cheese sauce at a buck a piece. This is the third time in a row of an inaccurate order that was over 20 dollars each time. Done with this location. read more

Got my order wrong and tried to tell me that's what I ordered. Also got upset with me knocking on the window because my order was wrong.

Food is always good and always warm and always fresh. I don't mind waiting when I know it's gonna be hot.

We stopped at the Plainfield location at 11pm today and the young man, Robert, who was working was not only quick to respond but was so cheerful and friendly and polite and professional. I was experiencing a hypoglycemic event and needed something quick and we asked for an apple juice box and he was very prompt and helpful in locating one for me and getting to me swiftly. He was able to get it to me as soon as we reached the window and paid so I could start drinking it while we waited for the rest of our food. Overall a great experience and wonderful service. Robert truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful. read more

The best burgers. period. You have to wait for it, but it is so worth it. No fast food place can compare.

What can I say, it's an Arby's. I will say that since the remodel, it is nice. The same lace was clean. I had the triple decker sandwich and my wife had the berry chicken sandwich. Her sandwich had so much on it that it kept falling out. We went there just for this sandwich for her and it didn't disappoint. My triple decker had roast beef, bacon, turkey, lettuce, cheese, onion, and tomato. It was unexpectedly pretty good. I went in thinking that I would get my normal beef and cheddar. Decided to go off the beaten path for me and go a little wild. I don't usually try to many new things. I'm glad I did. read more

Arby's - Triple decker - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Rapids, Michigan

I just wanted some fries and they gave me burnt fries from the bottom of the fryer. Disappointed.

I would have given Arby's 4 stars, but really can't take much more of their new commercial..."Arby's food...IS GOOD MOOD FOOD." Other than that, Arby's offers some good late night eats. My favorites are the Beef & Cheddar, French Dip, and Curly Fries. If you've been out, or are deciding between Arby's, BK, McDonald's, or Taco Bell...hit up Arby's. The prices are similar for a combo, and the food in my opinion is better quality. read more

As much as I like Arby's my likeness of this restaurant couldn't save them this time me and my grandfather went to Arby's after one of my personal activities we went to Arby's for a late dinner we ordered 2 regular beef sandwiches for drinks I ordered a large chocolate shake. At the time I totally forgot of how big the shakes were. Anyway my grandpa got a coke we also order medium krinkle fries now in my opinion best choice they have ever made. When we pulled up to the window we gave them the money and then we waited for about 2 minutes the wait was longer because there was no line ( as usual ). When we got the food there was no shake so here's where things got downhill we pullover into the empty parking lot and started to eat as I was eating my French fries I started to notice something weird one fri tasted like a curly fri I was shocked when I looked down to see there were about 10 curly fries scattered in the box of krinkle fries, and no we did not get curly fries! The beef was ok and thats the end of the experience read more

Always seem to be missing stuff I order and paid for. Like are you in a hurry cause I'll pull over and give you more time to get it right but I'm done getting robbed. read more

The worst Arby's I've ever had to go to. Sadly, it's the only one close to our new house. Once again today their drive thru register is broken so we waited fifteen minutes inside for two turkey sliders... This is just one of many inconveniences I've experienced here since August read more

So... I was in a hurry and decided to stop for a tea and a sandwich at this Arby's... never again. A tea and a sandwich = almost $9.00 RIDICULOUS. Beyond that, the "fish" on the sandwich was greasy, overfried and you couldn't even distinguish that what was on the inside was actually fish. Disgusting... read more

Very good good all the time! We come during rush hour and the food is priced amazing! The drive through lady is so kind! We asked for extra sauce and got a lot of it! Great for when you need food in a hurry! read more

After eating at Arby for 40 years and getting potato cakes they are now gone. Arby was one that had something different the potato cake. Those are what kept us coming back. Now it's just an overpriced roast beef sandwich. I'm really hoping it just a rethink and it will return SOON. read more

It's and Arby's with all the essentials and it's been recently remodeled, it's clean and has nice seating. More importantly the food was as expected including our special requests to hold and add things and the staff was very friendly. read more

Just stopped by the Arby's and they are out of Roast Beef?! Isn't that like a burger joint running out of burgers? Very perplexed

Let's just say they're in the running for slowest drive thru in the history of modern time. ‍

Rude horrible customer service at the drive through window today. Didn't catch the ladies name but she's been there for a while, numerous complaints about her from what the manager said.... read more

I get I should check my bag after that man times but really it's there job to send orders out through the drive through right. It's never quick and never right. I'm officially done going there read more

Okay so everyone here is very rude and snappy (not everyone just my server) it's a burger place and they don't server a cheese burger. they were all snappy and rude. they would switch one thing in a burger. when we tried to order something they would look at me and my family like were nuts. the food does even look appetizing. the only thing good in their fries. i don't recommend this place. not saying that you shouldn't eat here or because it may just be this place but my experience wasn't that good:) read more

Been here several times and Tonika has cashed me out in the drive through. (at least that's what me receipt says so I hope I'm getting the name right) She is always super friendly and outgoing and my order is always correct with her. Just thought I should give her a specific shoutout. Thanks for all your hard work. Give her a raise. read more
