I normally use pencil to fill in my brows in because although I have them they are thin in certain places. I come here from time to time to get a clean up and tint but it has always been the same lady I'm use to. I should have left after I didn't see her. She knows that all I need is a clean up..however I still went in and let's just sAy my eyebrows are thin and smaller tHan I ever get them ... I also ended uP getting my lashes done ...the lady convinced me on Wednesday to get the $65 kind because they supposedly last longer. Before leaving I told her there was gLue on my bottom lashes but she told me I could wash it off at home.. I went home and tried washing the glue off my lower lash and it didn't come off..I also had a little lash to come off.. I did go back on Thursday and a younger gurl added some more lashes and the glue on my bottom lash she didn't even put anything on it she literally pulled it off with a tweezer... looks like I will be ordering the remover from amazon and removing them. So on Saturday I went to remove my lashes because they were coming off or I guess lifting in certain areas. The remover they use guys burrrrrrnnnsssssss and all she kept telling me was to keep my eyes closed. I was In So much pain. So she escorted me to the bathroom to rinse my eyes out. It literally took 30 minutes for her to half way remove my lashes. She left some on and told me the same crap that I could rinse it off and it would come off. It's glue and no water can remove that. Then she had the nerve to charge me $15. I asked for what????? I walked out. My husband had to help me remove the rest on my right eye. The next day I wake up to a jacked up eye and end up going to the walk in clinic. read more

Had Henna done on both inner forearms and was specifically told they would last 2 weeks. I had my doubts whenever she said it, so I questioned it and was again told 2 weeks. Well, seems I was correct, one of them is almost completely gone and the other is so faded it will be gone within a few days.....it's only been 5 days. Big difference between 5 days and 14 days. Waste of money. Also, although the lady that did it was nice, she was very rushed and was trying to finish someone's eyebrows, do my henna, and start another person's eyebrows at the same time. read more

I came to get my eyebrows threaded. There was a five minute wait, couldn't complain. My eyebrows are extremely thin but she did give me an arch. I wish it had more definition. She offered me eyebrow tinting but I declined. She also offered me castor oil to put on my eyebrows to make them fuller but I declined that as well. It was 10 even for the service. My tinted eyebrows were not done correctly. You could clearly see how she went past my natural line. After I mentioned it, she said that's how it supposed to look and that it would fade away. She continued by try to remove the line with some liquid she had. I was not happy with the results and i went home to try and remove the line. This was in June 2023 read more

My eyelashes look and feel awful! There was glue on my skin that hurt and she scratched my eye. Quality of eyelashes are cheap and bc the glue on my skin hurts I had to pull some off. I went to Arbuda for the first time yesterday to get my eyebrows and lip waxed because my friend recommended. Im not at all picky about basically anything so I tried it out. The whole time I was getting my eyebrows waxed she was telling me she was much more comfortable threading them. HOW RELIEVING!!! After she waxed them she the threaded my left one anyway (even though I told her I just can't stand the pain of threading) my skin is usually very irritated for a couple of hours after getting waxed so I didn't think anything was unusual as my left eyebrow (the one she waxed and threaded) started hurting more & more. I woke up this morning to what looks like scabs under my eyebrow. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 11 (I am 21) so a good 10 years & this has NEVER happened to me. And low and behold she's not there ‍ but guess who is the lady that removed my lashes so I ask her where she at? I thought you said she was gunna be here? Awful do not go here I simple asked to be cleaned up I already had a good arch and nice full eyebrows I get up from the chair and boom in the 90s with pencil thin eyebrows god help me I was pissed! I reluctantly paid the $10 the woman kept saying IM SO SORRY, I am soooo sorry! As she already knew I was displeased. I walked halfway down the mall before I realized why did I pay for something I was not happy with. When I came back I told her she had to do something because I was not happy and she took ALL my eyebrows off. I asked for her manager she said he was no present. I asked for. A refund she said she could not because she would get in trouble. Two other ladies were there waiting to get threaded I showed them what she had done to me and they walked away. She said she would give me a free eyebrow threading which I clearly did not need bcuz she took all my eyebrows off. She told me could not give me a refund because it would come out of her pay. Finally after losing multiple customers she gave me my $10 back. It really wasn't about the $10 it was about the principal. When she was done she apologized "IM SORRY, I'm so sorry" yet she still charged me hoping I would just away. I have 5 other friends that come there often we will not be back. read more

Do not go here!! They used hair glue on my daughters eyelashes and I just had to go to a salon to have them removed and she lost half of her real eyelashes!! THEY USE HAIR CLUE!!! and not eyelash glue. I would give ZERO stars if I could!! It took three applications of glue removal to get the clumps off lashes off. And she still lost lashes due to the insane amount of hair clue used!! read more

My review is based of eye brow threading. The girls here fo a great job and they are always friendly and greet me with a smile! I'm extremely picky with my eyebrows and my eyebrows can be weird with bald spots and slightly different shapes. I always leave with a nice shape and moderate arch, but full not to thin. I have only had one bad job here where they became too thin but I wish I knew the name of the girl that always does a good job. I went to a new place, Fariba's in Marietta, after growing out my brows just because I didn't feel like going into the mall, big mistake. The lady butchered my eyebrows unlike anything I've seen before it was crazy! I rushed to Arbuda to fix it and they were appalled at what happened to my eyebrows too. Thankfully they saved the day and fixed the chop job in time for my engagement photos. I think some of the other bad reviews on here for eyebrows are funny, their brows look way better in after photos! Some people don't understand what looks good for their brows, we tend to get too comfortable with a style but we all know those people lol! read more

I went in to have my lip and eyebrows threaded this morning and while the service was prompt I will not be returning. I have been getting threaded for the past few years so I am aware of what to expect- it was actually a bit less painless and it seemed like the woman was very experienced. However, she left several areas completely undone- most prominent on the lip where she basically left me with a hitler style stache. Luckily I have light hair so it's not readily apparent. My hair being light is not an excuse for shoddy work, my previous salon in another state never had an issue. She also did not shape or clean up my brows sufficiently. Eyebrows should look like sisters and these don't even look like cousins who went to the same community college. She didn't use any lotion or cream on the threaded areas or even brush the hair off. On the upside the shop was clean and the price was reasonable. But I'm left still needing to find another place to finish the job. read more
