This is a nursing home. I've never agreed to put my dad in a nursing home. I wanted a rehabilitation center. So I just see how they do. They don't take care of my dad's They bathe them once a week. They don't wash his hair that I have to wash his hair myself and remove all the dead skin on his hair. They shaved them and they cut him after my father said I don't need to shave. He has Parkinson's so he needs physical therapy. He gets it but not enough for him to walk because according to the physical therapist, they need to cut his nails so it took three weeks and nothing no one did not come to cut his nails so I went and got a podiatrist paid $250 so they can come and cut my father's nails and still yet my father is not having therapy for him to walk. I'm tired of this place. They don't treat the patient are rude. Please don't put your parents in this place see for yourself. You will regret it. I suffer every day coming home to leave my in this place and I worry so much. I am looking to transfer him ASAP. He has been here for one month. Please take my word. Don't put your family member in this place.

I went through a mass rehabilitation program and had an incredible caseworker who helped me finish…read moremy education quickly. They set me up with the necessary resources like books and a laptop, which allowed me to excel in my final classes and graduate. After that, I struggled to find a job that was a good fit for me. Without a license and with limited job experience, it was challenging. So, I decided to take a year-long break before diving into volunteer work. Over time, I built strong relationships with community stakeholders, which led to more prominent volunteer roles. Recently, I started working with a new job search caseworker outside of the Mass Rehab Commission, and they are very kind. But I'm still facing the same difficulties with my job search due to my age and lack of professional experience, despite my extensive volunteer work. After having major communication problems with my previous caseworker, I finally advocated for a change and was reassigned. At the same time, I attempted to take a computer course, which is still recommended, but the refurbished computer I was given over three years ago has started malfunctioning. It's now out of warranty, and I've been trying to get it repaired or replaced. I'm supposed to send it off and receive a loaner, but I can't afford to be without it for a week or two, especially since I need it for my volunteer work and job search. I rely on it for online meetings with the commission and my volunteer responsibilities. For someone with a mental illness, having accessible and reliable technology is critical. It allows me to manage my responsibilities in a way that feels safe and controlled. I face challenges with leaving my home and engaging in in-person activities, and having a dependable computer helps me feel connected to my work and the community. It provides a space for me to carry out duties, access important resources, and maintain consistency--something that is essential for managing mental health. When my technology is unreliable, it adds stress and uncertainty, which can affect my well-being and hinder my ability to function effectively. I've expressed my need for a reliable laptop multiple times over the past two years, but the system's policies are making this process very difficult. I'm under a lot of stress because my current computer stalls frequently, and I worry about it freezing or shutting down during meetings or while I'm job searching. I can't afford to be without a computer entirely, but the system doesn't seem to understand the importance of having reliable, accessible tools to do my work. Without this support, I'm stuck, and it's incredibly discouraging. I just want a reliable replacement so I can continue moving forward with my job search and volunteer work. But the delays and lack of understanding have made this situation extremely difficult. My needs are being ignored and I have to constantly beg and virtually scream to get what I need.

Key failures include medication error prevention, maintaining essential equipment for respiratory patients, calling patients feeders instead of by name, not changing out diapers or offering bed pans to bedridden patients whom have diabet3es who need to urinate about every two hours, Not having licensed personnel to administer oxygen care and respiratory care? Not having a chair for residents to sit in who cannot walk or even a wheelchair. These are just a few to name. But, you can go look for yourself. It is public record. Their new website, looks nothing like what the actual facility and staff that are under trained. They treat their patients, their residents and their families like a door mat. There was a guardian appointed to my mom whom was supposed to have my moms best interests in mind but did not at any time. My mom was a missing person from the state of Florida AND in the National Database for missing and exploited persons for 20 years when she was finally located in Massachusettes. Guardian made me take down my last review in order to get documents on my mom so I could carry out his arrangements as NOK, 8 days later my mom died from Hypoxia lack of oxygen to her brain. I don't see any legal notices neither did the persons working for Amesbury paper or Boston Online. I do not believe the guardian ever reported any of this to the courts and wouldn't give me the medical certificate necessary to petition the court. Elder Affairs took two complaints and within 2 hrs dismissed both because it is a licenced facility. We will see about that. MY MOMS LIFE MATTERED!!!! If you want to see their last 3 health Inspections, email me at stevensbonnie19@gmail.com
