Parents, please do your research before sending your children to Miles Ahead…read more I allowed two of my children to attend this school, and unfortunately, my experience has not lived up to the hype. My son is a straight-A/B student, and he is now having a difficult time adjusting back to public school. My daughter attended kindergarten there, and I honestly feel like she was not taught the fundamentals she should have been learning. A lot of what she knows came from what we worked on at home and what she learned in Pre-K. I brought multiple concerns directly to the people in charge through emails, and unfortunately, I never felt that my concerns were properly addressed. I also have concerns about the school's future location and the lack of communication with parents regarding the upcoming move once the current contract ends. Parents deserve transparency and timely communication about major changes that affect their children. There is much more I could say, but I'll leave it at this: please do your own research, ask questions, look at the academic results, and talk to other parents before enrolling your children. My personal experience has been very disappointing, and based on what I experienced with both of my children, I would not recommend this school.

The staff and teachers are the kindest, most trustworthy, and caring people. The director, Mr. Marcus is wonderful...he is very involved with children and their families, he is very easy to communicate with and honest. The assistant director, Mrs. Bea, is wonderful as well, very involved with everything that goes on at this center. I am very confident my children are learning from the best and being nurtured by the kindest of hearts. We Love KinderCare Galleria!!!

March 6th he started a new daycare and when I tell you the daycare is a total 360! At Kindercare my son never ran to hug any teacher and he cried or whined nearly everyday I dropped him off! At his new location my son runs and hugs the teachers and tell me bye and waves to me as I go. He is so excited to go to school everyday and he's started communicating more. When he's out sick they call and check on him! Never had that happen at Kindercare! The energy was off there! Kids know because they can feel it too! Every single day they have lots of different activities and learning that they do that's uploaded in the app along with pictures. They also write a summary of everything they do and what they learned. Kindercare barely sent pictures and they barely ever uploaded reports! If your just looking for a daycare to have a place to put them while at work then it's cool but if your looking for them to learn and discover and have fun and enjoy themselves send them elsewhere! The classrooms at his new daycare are really large and they have two teachers at all times and about 12 students total whereas Kindercare have loads of students and one teacher! Anyway the staff at his new school is so amazing I wish I'd found it sooner ....they speak so highly of Carter and they treat him like their own and it makes me so happy inside that there are truly wonderful daycares out there you just have to look and not settle

Every child deserves equal access to education and support, not exclusion because they need services. Families should feel welcomed and supported, and unfortunately that was not our experience.
