HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - BRENDA GARCIA. I've lived in these apartments for 1&1/2 years. I've made…read morecomplaints for 1 year about the disrespectful, disruptive upstairs neighbor that has numerous kids & that stomps around like elephants all hours of the day & night. And of course manager does NOTHING. In October, a fire started on my patio, that I had nothing to do with & after being investigated the cause was "inconclusive". The manager issued me a notice to vacate, giving me 3 days to pack & get out. She knows I'm disabled & dying on hospice care & knows that the fire was not my fault & that I had no control over it. That week the fire report was issued & it confirms/supports that I was not at fault & had no control over it, yet the manager still says I have to get out & says that she has filed with the courts for eviction. I remind her again that it's impossible, I can't move, I'm sick/dying, I can't pack & move. She doesn't care at all. She refuses to have maintenance come in & repair hole in ceiling or clean up all the sheet rock from the hole where fire dept knocked hole in ceiling to make sure the fire hadn't spread. She says I have to move out before repairs can be done, but maintenance told my friend the night of the fire that they could work around my stuff to do the repairs when my friend asked maintenance if he needed to move my stuff for them. I don't recall the last time I've interacted with such a heartless, insane human being. I'm absolutely disgusted by her behavior.

The good reviews are fake. Trust me when I say these are the…read moreWORST apartments I have ever lived in. Roach infestation in the units, maintenance that will have you waiting weeks to get ANYTHING fixed and management that will always tell you "they are working on it" when in fact they are doing nothing to fix any of the issues. Would never rent here again.

This place is great overall. It's quiet, easygoing, and well kept. The grounds are maintained…read morenicely, and the buildings are in good shape. You can tell the new management is putting in effort with updates, and it's noticed and appreciated. The office staff are always prompt and kind, which makes a big difference. My only complaint is a big one: the laundry room. First, the AC never works, so during the summer it's honestly unbearable. Second, there are 8 washers and 8 dryers, but multiple machines are often out of order. Some washers won't drain, and some dryers don't dry properly. And third, despite those issues, the prices keep going up. It's now $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry. That's $5 per load, which is pretty steep, especially for families. When I first moved in, it was $1.50 each. Since July 2025, I've already loaded $200 into my laundry account. That's less than a year, and it adds up fast. Living here is easy and comfortable overall, but the laundry situation is frustrating enough that you might be better off going to a laundromat.
