Very aggressive trimming and no wood left. I called them and they offered to bring wood - not a good option; no accommodation on pricing for their error. Area cleaned after trimming- disappointed in the aggressiveness and resulting look. Have had many many trees trimmed and/or removed so I'm not a newbie to the process.
