I have utilized the services of Foxscapes since not that long after Nathen started the Company…read more Projects Included: a number of mulching and weeding projects; sculpting then-existing berms; adding a large berm for flowers that merged in with existing berms; and often berm cleanup when the seasons changed. The most exciting project has recently been completed. My neighbors and I jointly funded a project that changed a large berm into the start of a project to grow Michigan-only wildflowers. The flowers are all perennials selected for their color and blooming cycle... but even more importantly the wildflowers were selected to attract bees and butterflies, and other little creatures. My neighbors led the project. Foxscapes provided multiple plans for flower selection and placement as we learned more about options. They found out where to buy the rarer plants and planted them. We had worked with Nathen to set a project price before project startup and that was the price at project end. This is why I have written so much. First, my experience with Foxscapes has covered many years. It has covered projects like mulching small areas to the Michigan wildflower project mentioned above. At no time have I been disappointed in their work. I have been extremely impressed with their people and their work ethic. There have been small bumps along the way, but none have been of much consequence. Most important to me is that I have never, not once, had reason to question their integrity.

On March 31 they fertilized my lawn and billed my charge card $70.25. I called and told them that I had not contracted with them for that summer and she told me that because I had been a customer the previous year they assumed I wanted them to do it again this year and that they would not refund my money. Since it was on my charge card already, I just let it go and learned a lesson. Now it is September, I have moved out of Michigan and I am receiving bills for the March 31 fertilizing even though they already billed my charge card. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Once the office opens up this morning, I will call and try to get this corrected. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

The Attorney General etc. I did. I've also contacted an attorney who is in the process of filing a demand letter. I've gone door-to-door in my neighborhood. And I've reported these people on every mode of social media. They are also Bible fumpers, collecting money for their religion. I don't see a man of God with thirst in ministries. Robbing the public, killing their lawn and charging them to repair it. Lying to customers telling them that they're taking soil samples and sending them to Michigan. State and then telling you that you have a mold in your heard. I have 3 video cameras not once. Did they take said soil sample? But then David Thurston called me back. Apologized for lying about the soil sample and wanted my permission to take yet another soil sample. These people are liars and thieves. Stay away from them. They have the location and Flint Lansing and halt. They keep changing their websites and addresses to avoid this.
