Called and gave them the info and request on the phone. They said to come in on Monday at 940am. Arrived and the receptionist was rude, not businesslike at all. Just continued gossiping with her co worker. Finally, she asked what we were there for. Told her we had appt for bone scan to which she said to have a seat. After 15 minutes or so of listening and watching Mexican TV,,,she tells my wife they will not do it unless we are a patient of theirs. Geesh....Why did they not tell us this when we called and made the appt or right off when we arrived. To busy BSing with co workers I guess. Hope the actual Dr is better than the staff! He is the go to doctor for regular check ups and can help you determine what is wrong if you are unsure I like that he doesn't sugar coat you or circumvent what he has to say so as not to hurt your feelings. He is the kind of doctor that will tell you how it is. However, that doesn't mean he's rude. He's the nicest Dr. I've had. That goes the same for his staff. Lisa, the nurse who is also the lady behind the clerk desk, is one of the nicest nurses there is. She goes above and beyond doing the work of three offices staff members herself. High compliments go to Lisa for being there and helping the Dr. In every imaginable way.

To be completely honest, I was nervous about having reconstructive breast surgery done in a smaller town. I kept thinking maybe I should go to Austin or Dallas because surely I'd find a better surgeon there. I could not have been more wrong. From the very first phone call, I knew this office was different. When I called, I explained to the receptionist that I knew one of my implants had been ruptured for quite some time. Instead of making me wait weeks for an appointment, she made sure I got in to see Dr. Lee the very next week. That meant so much to me and set the tone for everything that followed. Every single person I met was kind, caring, and made me feel like I truly mattered. From the front office and scheduling staff to the nurses and surgical team, everyone treated me with such compassion. I never felt like I was just another patient. Then came surgery... What was supposed to be a breast reduction and implant replacement turned into a much more complicated reconstructive surgery. Dr. Lee discovered that one implant had ruptured, and the other had significant internal scar tissue and adhesions that required a tremendous amount of meticulous reconstructive work. Knowing now what he found during surgery makes me appreciate his skill even more. The final result is absolutely beautiful. For the first time in over twelve years, I finally feel like me again. What also impressed me was how up-to-date Dr. Lee is. He isn't a doctor who simply does things the way they've always been done. He stays current with the latest advancements to help his patients heal, including therapies like healing peptides, which no other doctor had ever discussed with me before. It was reassuring to know I was receiving care from someone who is always learning and looking for better ways to care for his patients. And the care didn't stop after surgery. I've honestly never experienced anything like it. If I had a question, someone was there. If I had a concern, they answered it. There was even a time I reached out around 2:00 in the morning, expecting to leave a message until morning... and someone actually responded. Who does that anymore? Dr. Lee's team does. They made me feel safe. They made me feel cared for. They made me feel like I wasn't going through this alone. I've had other cosmetic procedures over the years, and I can honestly say this has been, by far, the best medical experience I've ever had. He doesn't always prescribe things for every visit which I love because it it isn't absolutely necessary then I don't want to put it into my child's body. His wait times are a hit and miss sometimes, we've waited as little as 5 minutes and up to 45 minutes. I guess it depends on the day and the time. They accept walk ins which I really like since kids tend to get sick out of the blue. They're also open until 6! And on Saturdays which has been helpful more than once! 99% of his nurses are friendly, I've only gotten a bad vibe from one and that was on a Saturday visit when the staff is different. Besides that, everything here is great!

I carry two insurance plans and have never had copays for these types of visits, yet my daughter has been charged repeatedly without anyone being able to clearly explain why. We were directed to contact the new billing company, but they advised that the issue must be resolved by the practice itself. Since then, we've been passed back and forth with no answers and no resolution. I also requested to speak with a manager on two separate occasions and never received a return call. As a healthcare professional, I understand that billing issues can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service has been incredibly frustrating. At this point, we will be changing physicians and I plan to file formal complaints with both insurance companies regarding the handling of this situation.

They take walk ins from 6p-7p and I got there at 6:10. There were people who got there after I did and were still seen before me. It was after 11 when they finally called me to the back. Again, the dr took the time to listen to me and helped me out. I didn't leave the clinic till 11:30. So make sure you clear your schedule if you have an appointment at this clinic. It's ridiculous. Cesar Garcia, P.A. at this facility, took the time to look up the proper medication (even very late at night) to prescribe our daughter. He also notified Lee's Pharmacy of how my daughter's heart condition doesn't allow for her to take certain conditions. Lee's Pharmacy also took the time to research, making sure my daughter could take the medication Mr. Ceasar Garcia prescribed her, which she was able to take. Thank you to Mr. Ceasar Garcia and Lee Pharmacy for the care both facilities demonstrated in your fields of expertise towards our daughter's health care.

They had me come in 4 different times. Before I left I asked to get my results and they told me I would have to come in AGAIN to be able to get them, and that's when the doctor told me I could just get them emailed. I had gone 4 different times, and had to pay all times because no one there knows what to do or how to communicate. And apparently you can't get your own results emailed to you, and when I called to ask about it, the "manager" was being very rude. She kept saying that she didn't know who told me I could get my stuff emailed, after I kept telling her it was her own staff and even the doctors that told me that. If your own staff and DOCTORS are clearly not in understanding of your own policies, INFORM THEM. Horrible place and horrible staff and horrible service. Sad to say only one of their doctors actually seemed like he gave a f**.
