I disclosed this to her and she yelled at me and called me hurtful names. I spoke to the store Manager, Brian Daily. While he remained calm, he did not even offer an apology. I spoke to the manager of the pharmacists, Todd White and he spoke at me. He was dismissive and, again refused to even offer an apologize for Diane Howell's or his own behavior. He laughed at me and treated me like an errant child, not a person. He blamed me and judged me for being on controlled substance and even insinuated that i was "doctor hoping" to obtain these prescriptions. I have two doctors. A psychiatrist and a general practitioner. Each is responsible for their resppective prescriptions...mental health and crushed vertebrae in my neck. Each know EVERY medication I am on. I also was able to speak to Mark, the manager of all Ridleys stores. He was kind and listened to me, but also explained the business and legal sides. I am not unreasonable. I was receptive to my conversation with Mark. However, the treatment i received from Todd White, Brian Daily, and of corse, Diane Howell was terrible. Tech, Marissa and pharmacist, Valerie also hung up on me for simply checking on a prescription.

As I said, this is probably your best bet for high adventure gear in the Twin Falls area. They have camping equipment, boating gear, kayaks, canoes, fishing equipment, and firearms. They have a very good selection, and you can also shop online and have items shipped to the store for free. There prices are competitive with other similar retailers, and when I'm purchasing gear I often check the price at Sportsman's Warehouse and purchase from whoever has the best price. The parking lot is shared with the rest of the strip mall, and it isn't THE EASIEST lot to get into. But it's plenty big and there's ample space.

The man in the shoe department knew his products and well even guided me to get basically my moneys worth without spending an arm and a leg. I spent under $150 when I was on a budget of a $200. Even got some ammo. Lol the prices were extremely good. (They will even price match) store, was very clean and organized. In the past year, I've had several items that needed to be framed. They were odd sizes, so I went…read moreto Hobby Lobby to see what they could do. I was blown away by the staff in the picture framing section. The first item was my brothers military retirement citation. It was in rough shape and was bent and torn around the edges. The employee helped me find the perfect frame and mat showing me how it could be framed in a way that the torn edges would be covered up. They treated this citation as if it were their beloved art. I was thrilled with the results and felt that the employee understood how important this project was to me. Several months later, I discovered two vintage fruit crate labels in an envelope in my mom's garage. There was a spot on her kitchen wall that needed some art and I took them to Hobby Lobby. A different lady employee took them and found a mat color that worked for both of them. They turned out fantastic and I loved seeing them when I visited my mom. Most recently, some 6 months later, I took my parent's wedding picture to be matted and put in a larger frame. The lady remembered my previous project and I showed her my idea for a mat color. She respectfully asked if we could try a different color, and I am so happy she did. The mat color she suggested makes the colors (which looked very muted with all the frames they were previously in and the mat I had chosen) pop out and look more colorful! It's truly amazing the eye that she has for the best mat color for the items I've brought in. I am so pleased with Hobby Lobby's framing department and will continue to go to them for my future projects.
