My only complaint was that there was too little of it, I could have eaten two of these (because they were so delicious, not because of the portion size...) But dessert was also on the cards, and the "Yonuts" were chosen. I am so glad I did. Powdered wake seaweed with fine sugar created a sweet and savoury juxtaposition which perfectly complimented the isolated caramel balls of joy. Oh wow. The wait staff were attentive but not overbearing and the whole experience left me wanting more.
