Her displays are always different, amazing & uncommon flowers that you have never seen before, sometimes using plants from her own garden. People kept telling me about this place but it took me ages to find it. Turn off the A22 to Ashurstwood it is on the right at the top of the hill from Forest Row and on the left passed the war memorial from East Grinstead. It is easy to miss this treasure hidden away beside the cottage. It is between the Blacksmiths & the tennis courts. Park in the layby at the entrance to the tennis courts or just along the road in the little free car park then walk, carefully, back towards the forge. Just after you pass the field/tennis court gates there is a wooden five bar gate, go in, you have arrived !!! There is always a beautiful display of plants at the entrance to the little shop. There is not only a wonderful selection of unusual flowers in this tiny treasure chest but also really imaginative containers and gifts. Nothing ordinary here. Not the cheapest flowers around but there is something for all pockets and she is frienmdly, approachable and more than happy to make suggestions to suit your budget. From Wedding flowers to little bunches of herbs to your chosen plant in your chosen pot to birthday bouquets to a posy of anemonies. Everyone always love the flowers & gifts I get from here. The quality of the flowers are very good they are never weltering or there are never and bad petals. The staff are all very kind and caring towards the flowers whether they are new or old. WARNING for everyone out there, be careful what you buy from them as they will never give your…read moremoney back, if you're unhappy (for NON-PERISHABLES) and force you to buy anything from them only, with a credit note. This being totally unacceptable on a very small shop which there aren't much options to choose from. Story: My partner bough a non-perishable foam bear from them which I was unhappy with, so i returned straight away. I wanted to buy garden flowers, but they haven't got any and as I'm unhappy with buying cut flowers which they die in few weeks, I asked for refund, but the shop claimed they cannot do refund and gave me a credit note. For being unknowledgeable i accepted the note, until I checked their website (you can check all that) stating they cannot do refunds on perishable and personalised items (which is totally fair) but not on my non-perishable foamy bear, which they sold the next minute. I contacted them by email stating all that, but they refused to give any money back claiming that I got my credit note (I also offered that back, but was refused). I will never use their voucher and I will go to bigger authorities to solve my case as I still want my money back, being my right to do so, stating in their terms. Bad behaviour to take ownership on people's money just because you can! I want to choose what to do with my money, not you a small shop, to force me to buy your dying flowers and also within your timeline.
