I received a box of flowers from them as a leaving present from my employers. the leafs were completely damaged (they had even stapled one back to hide the damage) and the flowers were old and wilted. I kept them in a cool dark room and watered them, however by the following morning they had died. I was so upset, as i know they would have cost a lot of money. I called them and they gave me a fake email address to send them photographs. obviously these emails bounced. I called again and left messages twice to ask them to politely call me back. However they did not. I then called again and I was greeted with a BT message saying 'this number has screened your number and they do not want to call you.' It was a joke! So I called off another number and got through, asked to speak to the manager yet they said she was not around. I'm genuinely amazed and horrified such a business can exist - they are pirates! He told me of Josephine's as he worked a few doors down at one time, so I called up the directories and got their number. When I called them up, there was a lovely voice on the other side of the line, I told her that I just had an argument with my partner and wanted to send her a some flowers. She gave me a few options that weren't exactly on the cheap side, but flowers aren't cheap. On top of that, I wanted them delivered. All in all I had a dozen roses sent for over £40, I asked to have them delivered at 3pm, and guess what, they were right on the dot! A great service. They also cater for weddings and all other event and I am absolutely sure that they must be brilliant. I have driven and walked passed it on many occasions and it is lovely in there.

The shop was decorated for Christmas and I was feeling a bit envious that I could never get my house to look that festive, no matter what I do. But I did feel I could achieve a similar look with some help. I spoke with the florist who was sweet and knowledgeable, she gave me excellent ideas. By the time I got finished looking around the shop and acting on her ideas I left with a wreath and several poinsettias. Bloomsbury Flowers is a great shop and it is nice to have found a new shop that is near my house. The service is great and since they arrange flowers for every occasion it's the perfect shop. And thanks to the florist I've achieved a wonderful Christmas look at home.

Searched for a flower shop that would deliver to the St. James's area yesterday. Was a bit nervous…read moreordering from across the pond but as it turns out, I didn't have to worry at all. Bloomsbury Flowers was super quick responding to my request to send an arrangement to a friend who had just started a new job. All I gave them were the contact details and color choice. They handled the rest! Given how expensive London generally is, the arrangement was reasonably priced (I even went ahead and asked for an upgrade from the original offer). Less than 24 hours later, my friend received the perfect and lovely bouquet! Very pleased and most importantly, the recipient was overjoyed! Thank you Mark and the team at Bloomsbury Flowers.
