We plan to paint and that they would set us up. So we walked around, I had not been to paint pottery in about eight years so you could consider me a novice. We found the pieces that we wanted and waited for further instruction. 15 minutes later someone finally decided they should help us again. This is after we stood at the counter, waiting to pay for our item and point out the item that we wanted to paint. At that time we learned we were supposed to pick up the item go sit at a table, and the utensils would be brought to us. We grabbed our items and sat at the table where we had water in a jar and two sponges and a laminated paper with instructions. We then went to pick the paint brushes we thought would fit our project and were told that we needed to select our own paints. No instruction on how to select the paint, luckily my sister, who is with me, helped me figure out what to grab, and how much I could grab. With what I painted, I required more paint, but the three women were so enthralled in a conversation with a gentleman at the counter, they did not come check on us to see what we needed. I finally said loudly excuse me can I get some help and someone came over. This young girl came over and offered to bring me more paint after I explained. I ran out of paint and did not know what to do with the empty paint container because none of it was explained to me and my sister decided to go get me more paint. After the young girl walked away I heard her say this is not my job. Terrible customer service! Also, no one explained to me the process of the painting, again novice at this, and I wasn't sure if I cleaned my brush on the sponges or use the water. When we were finally done with our paintings, we sat wondering what to do next. My sister decided she would stay at the table in case we did not need to bring our painted work to the front and I went to the front counter to let them know we were done. The woman said you were supposed to bring it up to the counter and pay for it now. Thanks for more instruction that you never gave, but apparently I was supposed to know. This was a terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, that's probably what I would give.

I called and spoke to the owner about signing up for a ornament class. She explained the class and told me I could pay upon arrival. They all made me feel really welcome during the class. I signed in and picked out 3 pre cut ornaments to decorate for the evening. There were plenty precut glass choices for everyone to pick from. I've never seen so many glass choices in my life, it was truly a learning an amazing experience. I cut my glass and decorated my ornaments for approximately 1.5hrs. Time flew by very quickly. The class atmosphere was really therapeutic and relaxing. I highly recommend this class, they take reservations for parties and drops in sessions. The owner is very kind and appreciative of her customers. Great way to learn a new hobby thru out the yr. I will be taking another class in the near future.

My family has had a stressful few weeks, between work deadlines, our daughters going through pre teen angst...and just life. My husband turned to me one day and said 'let's go break some stuff, I think we all could use it'! I didn't hesitate to agree! I was so excited! While plans were made to stop by the establishment we didn't book our session until the Saturday we decided to go. My husband called and was greeted by a friendly voice who answered all questions we both had. We booked a package for a couple of hours later. When we arrived we instantly got a good vibe! We signed waivers and waited a few minutes for our smash room to be set up. After taking a quick family selfie and briefed on safety instructions we proceeded to our room. Eager to smash some STUFF! We plugged in our music and didn't waste time beginning to smash! When I say we all needed this!!! Whew an INSTANT adrenaline rush followed by a release of dopamine! It was so great seeing my daughters safely let out their frustrations, some I didn't know they had until my youngest proceeded to smash a tv with a golf club while screaming (something I never thought I'd say LOL). My husband was so happy to see them enjoying themselves he brought add ons; a TV and microwave (extra charge by size). Not once did I feel this was an unsafe environment as a mother and dad a former combat vet (safety is always first when it comes to his 3 ladies!!!). The staff was on it as far as safety is concerned, letting us know limitations and rules clearly! We really enjoyed our experience! We all can't wait to go back! Once you get a clue it definitely helps to figure out the direction you should be headed in. I like that you don't get penalized for using clues like some escape rooms do. The game was really fun and figuring out the clues was fun as well. The only hiccup was that one of the piece was missing from one of our puzzles but we were still able to proceed past it. I will say that for those with vision issues - this escape option has very low lighting. But we adapted just fine. The staff were very professional and accommodating. The ambiance of the facility was great. This location is easy to fine and free parking. Very clean establishment. The typical steam punk decor that I've noticed with Escapology locations. We escaped with just a few minutes remaining!!! Would highly recommend for a date night, fun night out with friends, etc. They have kid friendly rooms too like Scooby doo.

Unless there was a moment of safety, he would let us do everything. Other than gathering the glass on the blow pipe, he was true to his word. His manner of teaching was one of the best that anyone could ever ask for. He was kind in how he spoke, he was direct in his instruction. Because of his directness, which was as polite as anyone could hope for, we all knew what he and Ryan (other instructor) wanted from us.
