We had a few different handymen look at our dryer before, but none of them could figure it out. Jose diagnosed it right away. Turns out our dryer model isn't even sold anymore, so we couldn't get the replacement part. Ended up just buying a new, updated dryer instead. Jose was really nice, professional, and honest. The cost was significantly less than buying a new refrigerator. I guess it fell into the used category because it was a floor / display model. It looks perfect to me, smells brand new and doesn't appear to have been used. I probably shouldn't post prices as they likely have a variety of options but, when I was looking for a fridge, I had trouble finding even approximate costs for a used one... With that being said, I paid $350 for what looks like a brand new frost-free machine. I believe it's 15.6 ft.³ & it came w/a 6 month warranty. They also hauled away my old refrigerator at no additional cost. I thought it was super cool that they delivered the day after my first contact with them. Jose was very nice, helpful. So I look on line and find these guys. Amador answers the phone and he is driving. At 2pm I tell him what I need and he says he can come over after he finishes his next job around 6 pm. Then his son calls back around 4 and says his dad is backed up and he can come over about 5:30. I say great! He shows up , apologizes for being late from traffic and gets to work. He knows his stuff. Has all the right tools. Tells me my water valves are fine ( Home Depot guy tried to tell me they were corroded and I needed a plumber). He does a great job putting it all together, cleans up and the price is less than the big box store which is less than most all other plumber places that do this. Very happy with the whole thing. know that this is more of a pop and son kind of place so Im sure they get swamped sometimes and over book themselves. So if you are ok with that, I highly recommend. The fact that they came out within 4 hours of my call and did a great job says a lot!

I have yet to receive a response (see text messages). It is also incorrect that my husband knew about the issues with the cabinets not opening correctly. They did not mention that to him. Also, the last time I spoke to the owner, he told me that he did not test the cabinet doors before he left. ‍ Which it seems like that should be a basic step. We also did not discuss any "lack of urgency" around accessing the cabinets whatsoever. In fact, my text messages to him indicate the opposite. It also cannot be true that the cabinet needs to be modified. Literally the microwave just needs to be lowered about 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch. I replaced a standard size microwave with a standard sized microwave. This is not anything having to do with the cabinetry. It's now been more than two weeks since he installed the microwave, and there has been no attempt at a resolution on the business's part, despite the fact that I have reached out multiple times and offered more than one possible solution. Third job - came with the missing o-ring and finished the job. -I had to be proactive and call them all the time to schedule my next appointment since they just leave you in the dark between visits -Takes like 2-3 weeks to get parts -I called to confirm my 3rd appointment the day before and they had me down for a different time. I flipped out cuz I already rearranged my entire schedule.
