I met these two when I Was 13yrs old. They had the absolute best tie dye at the lake and it was then and there I fell in love with Tie Dye. I have been a loyal customer for the past 33yrs that's something I appreciate as a small business owner myself. Eventually things will and do change. Trends change, employees change, owners changes, name changes but the one thing that has always stayed the same is the level of customer service I received every single time I was there. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to browse and was greeted upon entry. I was there for a gift and needed some assistance so the young lady with dark hair came to assist. But instead of getting great customer service, I received a rude employee who refused to let us actually touch and look at things. She said the reasoning was due to the pandemic and she would have to sanitize everything we touched as soon as we left. Ok understandable however would that not fall into her job duties as an employee? If I were that employee and someone was looking to purchase a specific gift for someone special I would have sanitized everything in the place to accomplish two things: 1. Doing a job I'm being paid to do 2. Having that customer leave with a positive shopping experience. THE BONUS........... Repeat Customer! I did end up making a small purchase out of necessity and here we are 2 weeks later and it's broke. Obviously not the quality of products I'm use to purchasing there. So as a local resident and a year round purchaser I will have to contemplate other options going forward. Sad day in deed

We used to go hear to get some vape juice. But after selling us the incorrectly labeled product that made my wife sick. I asked the store manager to make it right and give us a replacement product. I got the same juice and I opened it to make sure it was the right kind because you could smell the grape in it when it's correct. It was the same kind of toxic pinesol smell that they sol us before. Just recommended what he thought was best for my situation. Wish they carried some tobacco salt-nic vape flavors in lower strengths (like 2.4%), but I guess I'm the oddball who still likes tobacco flavors. The couple fruity flavored juices I did get were super tasty though. Nice recommendations. Hope they keep the pods in stock for the device I bought cause I'll be back.
