He pulled up my toilet use the auger on my drain my house took down one of the drains the line to take it down put in rubber gasket stuff merge it back and came back up and told me that everything was fine and he was done. They charged me $550 for I felt the price was fair. The next day I noticed my toilet was came back out, supposedly fixed it. It continued to leak. A week or so went by. I figured I would just take care of the leak myself under the toilet. I had to replace a valve under my kitchen sink so I sent my son into the crawlspace when he got down there. We had 4 inches of water all over the crawlspace, water from my washing machine, my dishwasher and kitchen sink all over the crawlspace. My son went down to look to see where the leak was at and found there was a punched in the side of the drain. I called back up and told the situation they came out put a fan in front of the crawl opening and tried to charge me another 165 dollars because I was "such a good customer " would not take responsibility for anything and wasn't planning to fix the hole because my "son did a good job patching it". Then wanted to charge me more to fix the toilet leaking as well. There are a bunch of hucksters don't use them.

During inspection there…read morewas a bathroom leak, one of the guys from all out came out and did no investigating told us they have "no idea" why this was happening and its probably nothing! Of course, we close on the house and it happens again, but since it was after closing they could make their dollar off of us and spare their partner, so now they actually do due diligence to find the cause this time which they knew all along. Our sewer line was old and rotted, and this would affect every sink/toilet/shower in our house if not fixed. They assured us insurance will cover this and gave us a $6000 estimate. Insurance denied the claim because this was caught during inspection and they did nothing at that time despite knowing something big was wrong. As a first time home buyer I feel taken advantage of. They do not have their clients best interest in mind and only looking to make a buck of of you. Jason came off as trusting and relatable but we can see now that was a facade.

The cause was misdiagnosed by another company as necessitating clearing the vent from the roof. No company would touch this repair for that reason. But Jason properly diagnosed the problem which was blockages and roots in the sewer line as well as the curbside vent and clean out being blocked. It had actually been completely covered over by dirt at some point over the century. Jason not only properly diagnosed the issue, located the clean out/vent which numerous other plumbers had failed to locate, and resolved ALL my drainage issues. This company is legit. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. So I don't know what you're looking for, but as for me I don't need to search for plumbers ever again. I've found my go to guys.

Trusted professionals all the way!…read more We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days. I cannot recommend this company enough.
