We felt that we had their full attention, from the initial design visit, right through to the carpenters, plasters, electricians and various tradesmen who would work on our home throughout the duration of the build. Loftplan's experience really shined through, and they were able to make a complicated project feel like a relatively minor amount of work. They were polite and professional to our family and to our neighbours, which made a real difference to the whole experience.
