After a couple of weeks of travel, he needs to be washed (Standard Poodle). I keep his coat short so he usually just needs some water and soap. This is difficult for me in the RV, so I look for alternatives. I tried this place two years ago and found the self wash room to be filthy. There was long dog hairs all over the room and it had clearly been that way for some time. Fast forward two years later and I had forgotten about this place. They advertised a self wash on Yelp, so I thought I would check it out. When I got there I realized it was the same place. I then thought, it has been two years, maybe it would be cleaner. Not that it mattered, there was no other customers in the store, but I was told that self wash usage was booked out for a week. So, I am posting this to remind myself to not bother with this place ever again. I only need ten minutes of water to wash my dog. I had even brought my own towel, shampoo and conditioner for my boy. The main reason I look for a self wash is to not have to bend down, as my disability makes that difficult, thus the service dog.

My rescue girl was very anxious, but the groomers worked with her so well. She came home beautifully groomed and tired but relatively untraumatized. One of them was very knowledgeable (I forgot her name & I wish I would remember it because she was incredible!) and helped me pick out a food that didn't have any ingredients that my dog had sensitivity to. That was a tough job in itself. She let me know about their frequent buyer program and told me if there were any issues I could bring it back. The great service didn't stop there. I was surprised to get a handwritten thank you card and a coupon for my next purchase Bravo NPP! You WOW'd me. I highly recommend this place.

The insane excuse for "veterinarians" "vet nurses" or whatever you want to call them handled cats with the same experience I'd expect some rando on the street to provide. They did nothing to make the cats feel safe, the vaccine area was just a roped off area OUT IN THE OPEN. They scruffed the cats (a well known no no for adult cats, and if not well known SHOULD be known by those who handle animals on an assumed regular basis), and when one of our cats had a bad reaction to the overstimulating environment, the employees treated us very poorly, and the spectators had a great show. And to add icing to the cake, crickets were loose in the store. I am angry for our cats, and upset that they were speaking poorly about us and our cats as if we weren't standing feet away from them. If you love your animal, don't take them here.
