He sent a text later with no explanation and asked to reschedule. He returned later in the month to clean my son's tank and was supposed to come back to clean the big tank on 12 July. He called on 11 July and stated he had been in an accident earlier in the week and asked to reschedule for 19 July. I agreed. Today is 19 July. I have sent him multiple texts and left a voicemail asking for the time he is arriving. No response. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will not use him again.

He really was sincere about rehoming the fish; he had to divide the job into two days in order to get them in their new environment as soon he could. He spent tons of timing pressuring washing every last crevice the next day. Lastly I appreciated him walking me through handling the empty basin during the rainy months to avoid an unforseen issue. I would almost consider refilling this pond just to have Scott come back out!

He deserved to live out the rest of his long life in a place where he can stretch his fins, and Aquarium Connection is exactly that place. The tanks are immaculately clean, the owner and staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and you can just tell that they genuinely care about their fishy friends.
