There are many little things that we as a consumer don't know how to look for but he expertly guide us to compare the different products (some that I pick because they look cute) and find one that will be useful for years to come. There are some items on specials that make for really good sale. For high end luggages like Samsonite or Travelpro, he will google the best price online and give you a discount off it.

They've locked the handheld barcode scanners, so you're forced to lift large or heavy items onto the fixed scanner stand, which makes checkout slower and more inconvenient. I've also had multiple negative interactions with staff -- from employees tossing food carelessly into my cart to a supervisor acting as if she didn't hear me when I tried to address the barcode issue.
