Brian told me the price to fix and said if the assessment from up top showed little to no debris he wouldn't charge for the cleaning I appreciated his honesty. I was worried that I wouldn't be home, but they said that wouldn't be a problem and sent pictures of the before and after. As soon as I got home I noticed the good work they had done blowing off the entire roof and valleys as well as the walkways and driveway around the house. The invoice was left in mailbox along with a complete inspection and was easy to pay through Venmo. (They also take Zelle, check, credit card, etc.) They were also about half the price of the other quotes! A great value. I will definitely use them again.

The repair plan listed a $200 "trip charge" to drop off materials, but it wasn't itemized as part of the estimate total, and nowhere on the contract does it state that the total excludes this charge. This would lead any reasonable reader to believe this was already included in the total. After the job, the front office insisted it was an additional charge and claimed they had explained it verbally, even suggesting that I was the one acting in bad faith to find a loophole to get out of paying it. I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.
