I ended the service early bc they have a VERY small selection of colors and it wasn't what I was looking for. He charged me a $1 fee for removing a swatch of color on my pinky finger with his bare hands... Overall a complete waste of $50. read more

Delano is the second largest city in Kern County and with that being said we have a very small amount of places to get a mani/pedi. I usually only come here when I don't feel like driving to Bakersfield. I've had really bad pedi's here and swore i'de never come back. My experience this time around was much better. Lynn did my pedi and was very thorough with the entire process. She took her time and did an excellent job on my feet. I highly recommend her and her only. If you decide to try this place ask for Lynn. If she's not there, don't risk it! read more

Very disappointed I was waiting to get my nails done while waiting a good 10 people had arrived for a mani and pedi all 10 people passed me up which their worker sat all of them down and not once did they ask me if I had been helped all they were worried about losing customers. I went in on Friday and asked for acrylic on my pedicure. It was uneven and really ugly. Went back on Saturday and asked if they would fix the acrylic on one nail. I didn't understand much but he looked upset and charged me $10 to fix what the did wrong the day before. Two days later the acrylic he fixed on both toes turned a ugly yellow color. They look disgusting. Very disappointed in this place. I also saw them yell at other people in there. Second time my pedicure came out like a kid did it. ZERO STARS.... Waited about 40 mins to get attended to... and finally when it was my turn waited another 10 mins to start my pedicure. They have awesome massage chairs but this guy was HALF-ASS. I was charge $40 MF dollars and didn't even get a leg n foot massage and didn't even put lotion on my feet. Horrible service... my first and last time coming here. But to make my money's worth.... They don't deserve any damn stars!! This place has horrible service and it was the worst experience. I waited 30 minutes to have other individuals that arrived after me go before me. Once in the chair the guy trim my nail and soak my feet for a few minutes ... Asked me what color I wanted for my toes, he painted them only applying two coats. When I asked him to fix some of nails that he didn't paint right, he gave me attitude and started to speak in his language ... I am a local in the area and am ashamed to have this business operating in our town. During the pandemic many have looked for ways to de stress. My first option was to have some much needed me time, so I decide to go in for a full set. When I walked in I realized there was a wait time and was estimated a time of 20-30 min. I decided to wait and had no issues with the time frame. As my time approached, I was assigned to the owners chair area. I requested for a full set with gels and the owner began to work on my "request". As I noticed that he did not do much but remove the polish and start applying gel nail polish, I kindly questioned if this was the process for a full set. He became very upset and stated I requested a manicure with gel. He was furious and removed some of my gel polish and said I had to wait an hour for a full set. If you've ever received a manicure you know your nails get soaked first and obviously this man had not done any of it. I was shocked to see his tantrum behavior and reminded him that he did nothing but remove my polish so that was not a manicure. He was so mad that he started screaming at me yo get out because I was only there for trouble. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. A few ladies saw the behavior and heard his responses that they walked out as well. This place is horrible and to think this incident happen with the owner is an embarrassment to the business and our community. Note: the owner is a man 35-45, tall and very slim with a long face. He tends to wear oversized pants and drags his feet across the shop, with an arch on his back. read more

Just received my pedi to start sandal season and I must say this place is busy. I had a thirty minute wait but got to sit in the most amazing massage Chair while I waited. The workers do a good job and are very thorough cleaning the lint at the corner of my toes. I would recommend this place just for the chair. This place recently opened and I decided to go try it. Turns out that it's the same owners from Nova Nails and Victoria Nails near Walmart. However this place had no waiting time and we were attended right away. The pedicures are pretty pricy if you want gel colors. However, I got a manicure and my nails came out really nice and for only $35. Now we just wait and see how long they last! read more

They don't clean their tools! Don't go unless you don't mind unsanitary places! You would expect more from a new place to have clean tools!

They were able to see be very quickly and tend to me. The women that did my nails took her time and she did a pretty great job. Unlike other nail salons in town, the employee were polite and seated me pretty quickly. read more

I happen to notice this new place, decided to try it out. The wait was ridiculous, the service was even worse.... all I did was gel nail polish... the wait was longer than the time he took to do my nails. Within a few days the nail polish was already cheeping off... for a single color the $25 was not worth it. I will defiantly not recommend this place to any of my friends and family. read more
