We were told it should not be a problem on a Tuesday night & were excited! Joann was so friendly when we checked in. She went over the box & the WOD with us, reassuring us we can scale as needed. She was so friendly & nice. The WOD was intense, but we needed it after eating out for almost a week. I had so much energy after & know I will be sleeping incredibly well!
