I spoke to a female over the phone who explained the water filtration process to me. She advised me no matter what company I went with, I needed a salt water system because the water here in the valley was very coarse/harsh. Sorry, I didn't get the lady"s name but she was very professional and knowledgeable about the Waterboy system. A service technician arrived at my home named Jason Gaytan. The lady in question is Jason"s wife. Jason called me ahead of time to let me know he was enroute. Jason arrived on time and installed my Waterboy system in a timely and professional manner. Jason also installed a filtration system in our kitchen so we could have purified drinking water for the kitchen area and our refrigerator. Jason explained the whole filtration process and showed me videos of how the filters work. I was very impressed with Jason's knowledge of the system. The price of the system was reasonable and I wanted to protect my biggest asset. My home. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right. Great customer service. Thank you Jason for all your hard work. Thank you for taking the time to explain to me what I was actually purchasing and why it was necessary for me to invest in a water filtration system.
